Cons: The service was excellent. The only issue I had was that for pick up, the directions need to state more clearly that the car is not located in the carhire centre. Car park 1 is otherwise a very central and easy pickup location.

Pros: The whole process was clear and easy to follow. On airport collection and return was a huge benefit.

Cons: It wasn't clear to me that I needed to return the car to Car Park 1. I returned the car to Car Park 4 where the drop off desk is and had to pay 4 Euro 50 for the pleasure.

Pros: The reps were fantastic! Attentive, fast and efficient. The car was very good indeed. The price was half that of other providers! Definitely worth it.

Cons: Picking up the car from the car park always adds a level of apprehension and you are often met with a scene of apparent chaos. The rep was somewhat blunt when explaining my ‘wrong car park’ mistake. The company should explain the return car procedure in advance and printed, so that someone like me takes it seriously and remembers it better - hopefully!

Pros: Absolutely nothing.

Cons: The desk clerk demanded a credit card for the deposit. I was not told until this point that only a credit card would be accepted. I have booked many rental cars in the past, all of which have accepted a debit card. The clerk stated that no other options were available. No consideration was given to the fact that we were now stuck at the airport in the middle of the night. In the end, we couldn’t rent the car and the company took an additional €30 to cancel!
