Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons: I know that I booked a 'Mini' category car, but I don't class a Fiat Panda as the same class as a Fiat 500 which is what was used as the example. The supposed on-line booking process was not working so the pick up speed was longer than necessary.

Cons: VERY slow check out of car at Faro. Untrained staff without manager for 1 hour as manager sorted a problem elsewhere. About 10 parties in a queue including us waiting for service.

Pros: Staff were efficient, polite and professional. I paid extra for an early drop off appointment and they were prompt and quick to take the vehicle so I could catch my flight.

Cons: Nothing. 10/10 service. My dissatisfaction is with the vehicle suggested on the website vs what I actually got (tired older vehicle with air con that barely worked and had no opening rear windows or rear air con - 9 seater) so rear passengers were very uncomfortable during journeys when the temp was plus 35°c!!!

Cons: Child seat in very poor condition - old and extremely dirty. Poorly fitting. Dreadful value for money - could have bought a brand new one in country for much less
