Pros: Helpful staff and the office stayed open later than advertised to cover the delayed flight .

Cons: They put a lot of pressure on you to take the extra insurance which I had already taken with Discovercars, I explained this but they said “ that’s not with us , it’s another company “ made me second guess myself that I was covered . The office in Alicante has moved from the main terminal building to the parking garage so this made the stress of finding it much worse as we were already late due to the delayed flight and very worried the office would be closed and we would be stranded .

Cons: Car was clearly damaged in multiple areas but no mention of this on paperwork before hand so had to spend time documenting all scratches and bumps. Was questioned on previous damage on return but had proof it was not me and there was no issue.

Pros: quick and friendly service when picking up the car

Cons: car was ok but had small amounts of damage. That worried me as I was unable to record everything via photos as it was dark when I picked up. the drop off agent was pretty unhelpful and unfriendly. Seems her job was getting her down

Pros: Easy pick up. Location of the desk is perfect.

Cons: We were charged extra for an “out of hours” pick up due to a flight delay. The car had loads of scratches, on almost every panel. Be very careful and spend 10 mins photographing everything!

Pros: Though I arrived earlier than expected this caused no problem (unlike some car rental companies at Alicante airport). Car was spotless and the the return procedures speedy and efficient. Excellent company to deal with. Even the excess insurance block on my credit card was quickly removed.
