Pros: The agent at pick up was quick and efficient, and the helpline did a good job.

Cons: Couldn't find a Keddy sign at the car rental pick up point, but soon realised it said Europcar in the small print. The agent should have mentioned about the potential requirement to top up the fuel additive.

Pros: We were offered a really good deal to upgrade our hire car to a Tesla Model 3, which was great fun to drive and enhanced our holiday experience.

Cons: The drop off point at Lisbon airport was quite chaotic and extremely busy. However, the staff had the vehicle checked in and paperwork completed very quickly.
