All was wonderful and beautiful. The people very open and friendly. We didn't have enough time so next time will stay longer. Not a big fan of GPS and like map reading and navigating. Unfortunately the maps and signage don't help enough for map readers like us.

We recommend everyone visiting Faial. It is a lovely island.
Great restaurants there. The aquatic adventures must be awesome. Tons of trails to do.
We spent some time at the Porto Pim Bay beach.

No words to describe the beautiful views and the amount of green. Only suggestion is get a more robust vehicle if you plan on driving to volcano or back roads
