Pros: Very friendly and helpful. Easy to find and pick up and drop off. Car was great to drive- older but comfortable. Lots of surface scratches but all marked and noted well by fellow attending us. Fast, efficient service.

Cons: Personale scortese, le condizioni della macchina non erano ottimali, non chiare le condizioni di noleggio, abbiamo dovuto pagare 150€ in più rispetto al preventivo, alla consegna hanno fatto problemi per il pieno di carburante (che era stato fatto). La lancetta del carburante non arrivava al massimo nonostante il pieno fatto (era così anche alla consegna dell'auto). Dopo aver mostrato la foto della lancetta fatto al ritiro, ci è stato detto che non era una prospettiva attendibile. Ridicoli.

Cons: Car had many small issues. A/C vent, passenger side was broken. USB plug was broken. Deposit was twice as high as for our other cars. We will look closer at what Discover books and avoid this car rental company. Too bad, the people were great.

Pros: We had a vehicle (most of the time)

Cons: Had to wait for the van we booked, it had problems. They gave us 2 cars. 5 hours later they said to come back for the van. 2 days later the van had motor trouble. An agent said it had a part they were waiting for (they had known it wasn’t fixed.) We took it back to the office downtown -very difficult to find and access. They gave us 2 cars again. 5 hours later they gave us a different van, which we kept. Had to fill gas every time. Tracked us down in airport for outstanding fuel charge.

Cons: They scammed me into buying their expensive insurance. I wanted to use my own personal insurance that is more comprehensive than the insurance they offer. They required a deposit on my credit card. For some reason the deposit wouldn’t go through, but the actual payment for the car was processed with no issues with the same credit card. I tried using multiple credit cards for the deposit. Also called my bank to confirm. I ended up getting scammed and bought their insurance. Beware.

Pros: all the service was fine. except for the oversight on the credit card, which I hope to be reimbursed when I know the amounts to be paid by the bank

Cons: the full amount of the credit card deposit was charged, instead of being blocked. this operation had an additional cost of 7.5% on the 1000 euros withdrawn from my personal account. Very unpleasant since I needed the credit card again and I couldn't use it, since the plafond had exceeded

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
