Pros: The price and cleanliness of the car

Cons: A lot of things: - When I arrived there was no one at the balcony. I had to ask another person working for another rent a car to call someone and had to wait 30 minutes. - Then, we agreed to change the drop off place and no one changed the information. - I've waited for another 30min. at the drop off place and no one arrived because, as I said earlier, no one bothered to change the drop off, although we have agreed to do that when I picked up the car

Pros: When we returned the car the representative was there in the kiosk waiting. Friendly and efficient, he made returning easy.

Cons: Our plane landed 15 minutes early. All the other car rental reps were there but not Wayzor. We waited a while, asked another rep who said someone should be there soon. Still waiting we asked again and another rep rang the Wayzor person who said that he would be along in 5 minutes! By the time we were ready to get our car, all the other queues had disappeared and we were the only ones left. (It was a different person when we returned the car)

Pros: The rental company didn't charge us the cautioy, what was great and also the lady who gad given us the car was very fast and nice.

Cons: Cons: at arrival, the "VW Up" ordered was not available and they proposed us a van (VW transporter)... After discussions and explaining it would not be ok with the ferry, we finally received a VW up..

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 79 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: credit card, valid driver license, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
The deposit is taken at the start of the rental, to cover any additional charges incurred during the rental.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, cash (please note, that credit card is mandatory for security in this case).
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Debit cards, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
If the customer uses the following payment methods: Cash, a minimum deposit in the amount of 500 EUR is required.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Delivery fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

There is a charge of 25 EUR per rental per driver.
Delivery/Collection service is available by previous request and for an extra charge of 25 EUR.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 15 % will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 25 EUR.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 180 minutes.
