Cons: My flight was delayed and I had provided all flight details through Discover cars. This was not passed onto the supplier. I contacted them to notify them of the delay.. they told me the booking is confirmed and I won't have an issue. On arrival I was told small car isn't available any longer and therefore I needed to pay an extra €100. Or miss out on my booking alltogether. Car was filthy. Upon returning the car they demanded a further €20 as the car wasn't clean when I gave it back..

Pros: i arrived in agadir city 10:30 and met the agent att 11:00 signed gave the deposit and toke the car and when i dropped off they passed the deposit back to my account, so i think the comapny and the platform are very sincere.

Pros: Upon arrival i caled the custumer care of united the dilevery company, the agent i spoke with took the time to explain everything about the rental and the point of meeting with the driver, houda is whom i worked, she was also very helping and patient,

Pros: i rented the car with united company, in agadir airport, i usualy go there but this is my first time using this kind of sercive, it all went good, the stuff were kind and welcoming, excelent job congrats!!

Pros: Car was a mess! Firstly they did not have the car that I paid for. They offered me other class and told me it is the same car... Then I did not agree for it so they brought me the class of the car that I paid for. However car was destroyed, there was a problem to open driver door and passanger door from the inside. During my trip there was a problem with engine as check engine light turned on. I had a problem with car battery- I could not start the car at all. Worst experience ever!

Cons: I reported the check engine light to the United and ask for the car to be changed. They told me that I need to go to the nearest service be myself to check it with mechanic or I can go to Marakesh 200km to their office for the new car! I suspect they knew that car that I got has a problems with battery and engine as they were not suprised once I called them.

Pros: Agent that finally came was very good and efficient, call centre staff very poor on this occasion.

Cons: The attitude was terrible, after calling them they advised will change car the next day, didn't hear anything back from them, when querying it at drop off they said speak to company you booked with

Pros: The price was great , but they need to save costs on everything. We got exactly the type of the car we ordered. Employers of the company were nice and polite.

Cons: Their office is just a van on the parking spot. The cars are old. I think the cars are save but I wouldn't recommend to travel with them outside of the civilisation. In the middle of our journey, the window of our car broke up and was not able to be closed. Then the engine was not able to start. It took the whole day to get the car towed away and get a new for us. They offered us to bring the car to us for 200 euros but we declined meaning the driver had to go to the airport take the new car.

Cons: We waited a lot until we get the car. The agents had no identification and they were placed in a parking lot. The car was broken and dirty.

Cons: I accidently booked for a day prior and had no car on my arrival. Then the next day they charged me an extra 39 euros for another car?

Pros: We exited departures at around 21:45, no representative in sight, after multiple calls and searching the car park in the torrential rain. Hassan turned up an hour later. He then led away a couple to hand over their the car and didn’t return for 40 minutes! By the time we eventually left the airport is was 00:15 a full two and a half hours to get our car!

Cons: When driving from the airport the car steering was pulling violently the left and felt very dangerous. When checking the tyre pressure on the driver side was less than 0.5 bar! This is low enough for the tyre to come off the rim! We then filled up with fuel for a 500km round trip to Marrakesh. Soon after whilst during at low speed I noticed the front brakes were making a horrendous noise. And as a brake engineer instantly realised this was metal to metal as the brake pads were worn out!

Cons: They gave my car to another customer and told me to call corporate. I stayed at the parking lot for hours waiting. Worse experience ever !

Pros: I was not afraid to drive in Morroco as the car was already scratched. It was also good to have bigger car than we reserved.

Cons: The servis should have been meet and greet but the agent did not show up. We looked for the place for pick up but as we had just internet, we were not able to call anyone as there was noone. Some nice guy phoned for us twice to the agent and he finally came after more than half an hour. Car was not in a good shape but at least we were able to merge into the Morrocan traffic. The agent gave us whatsapp contact but he did not responded the day of droppoff so it was stressful experience.

Cons: AVOID, SCAMMED From the start the car key was already damaged, there were two holes cut in it (evidently from some sketchy repair attempt) and remote locking didn't work properly. When returning the car, I pointed out this issue to the staff as a FAVOUR, so they know about it and can fix it. I was told they will not charge me, received clear check-out protocol. The next day they charged me WITHOUT NOTICE/INVOICE. They copied my credit card data! I feel unsafe now. When will they need more money?

Cons: The initial car was not what I had requested, plus the car was not of a good condition, as such i had to change it and get an upgrade that cost me more than what i had originally expected
