Pros: Simple, rapide et efficace. La voiture était cabossée avec 100000km mais aucun problème et tarif très bas (50€ la semaine). Pensez à bien appeler directement à votre arrivée pour qu'ils viennent vous chercher.

Cons: After repeated follow-ups, LocationAuto failed to provide a clean copy of the rental agreement essential for filing my insurance claim. Despite multiple requests, they refused to cooperate. As a result, I had no choice but to pay the full repair cost out of pocket despite having an insurance. Communication was poor, and I had to rely on Google Translate just to speak with them via WhatsApp. a frustrating and unprofessional experience that caused unnecessary stress and financial loss.

Cons: The car was old and very marked. Their office was right on a main road with very little parking The staff always seemed in a rush to get rid of you.

Pros: value for money

Cons: the car was quite badly scratched/dented all over the body. The team gave the impression it was in good condition, making us feel we were going to get charged for damage that was already there prior to our rental. We took a video and loads of picture, but it felt a bit awkward at the start of our holiday.

Pros: The first people we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we could not say this about the dealings we had when taking the first car back due to air conditioning not working, or when we dropped the car back at the end of the rental period.

Cons: First car the interior was dirty and was in a poor condition. Lots of body work damage. Air conditioning not working. Took it back and had to pay 120 Euro's extra for second car. The second cars interior was disgusting. There was lots of damage to the body work. When we returned the car the people were very unfriendly and accused of us damaging the car. Luckily we had taken photos when we picked it up so could prove the damage was already done.

Cons: I collected the car at LocationAuto in Agadir airport. Upon collection they did not even bother to clean the car and sort of rushing me. Then I drove off, I was about 3 hours away from the rental company I had a flat tyre. I was about to change it but to my shock the tyre wrench was broken and it cant latch on to the screws / bolts of the tyre rendering it useless. I was in the middle of nowhere. Luckily a good samaritan helped me by letting me borrow his own tyre wrench. I paid for their tyre

Pros: The car was a bit tatty (headlights wouldn't dip, reverse gear was hard to find) but it worked. The agents were helpful, friendly, and efficient.

Cons: No complaints. Of course the real test is how they behave if you have a problem; we had no problems.

Cons: Very hard to find them. Didn’t respond when we rang as instructed. Wandered round the car park looking for them in the dark. A bit scary. Pick up arranged via back of car in the dark. But it was very cheap so we coped.

Cons: Really banged up little car. Warning light was on, but they told us it didn't matter (not specially comforting). When we had a puncture, they refused to help us, even though we had bought the all inclusive package with roadside assistance and tire coverage. "You have to fix it yourself". When dropping of the car, they tried to get us to pay for cleaning and washing of the car. We denied, and they accepted, just showing what a scam it is.

Cons: They made us pay €5 to clean the car because it was really windy so it was dusty on the outside. But we had the car for over two weeks so of course it will be a bit dirty. We even had taken it to the car wash halfway through. Anyway other than that it was perfect.

Cons: Money taken from my account with put advising after rental ended!!

Cons: They should wait for us on airport, they did not. We let them know our arrival time and flight number, nobody even read it. We called them after long wait and they came after 20 min. It was the worst car I ever drove.

Cons: When I picked up the car they gave me the keys and left without giving me any info how to start the car. I called them many times during my rental and they did not answer. The one time they answered they just said you have to come into the office. Very bad customer service.

Cons: We were expecting them to wait for us in front of the airport at the meeting point. Unfortunatelly they didn´t, so we use help of a local guy who offered us to call them - of course for extra money :-(

Cons: the car had many faults including smashed rear break light several dents around car which i was glad to have taken photos and video of when i collected the car othwerise i could have found i lost my deposit. the warning light on dash was worrying but we disnt have any issues whilst we had car but was worryinf.no water in wipers was an issue and finally the car was very very dirty could have done with a quick clean before it was handed to us.

Cons: THEY ARE CHEATERS. THEY DID EVERY EFFORT NOT TO RENT ME THE CAR for agree price. They rented to sb else for 3x higher. They pretended to play that my credit card does not work [CitiBank] which appeared to be a filthy lie after I came back home and checked with my bank. The bank did not see any deposit transaction attempt on my card - although they claimed my card is wrong. They must have done some trics with connection as my deposit transaction was rejected 3-4 times.

Cons: Even thou I had a Barclaycard credit visa as it was requested on the rental agreement. Must be a visa credit card in my name. I had that one on me but they could not block the deposit on it and they have not rented the car for me! Lost my initial payment and wasn't able to pay deposit any other way.

Cons: The car wasnt in the best order - a slow puncture, grating brake pads, warning light permanently on the dash. But then again, given the roads we were driving on, I'd perhaps have felt more nervous driving a pristine car! This one had dents on every panel. But, the price was good, so no complaints. Pros: Representative was very polite and accommodating. They didn’t have a car I wanted, they brought another one on the day but replaced next day by coming to my hotel. I also made a mistake of a return day, and guys didn’t make a fuss about it, I just paid for additional day on the time of return. I was happy with experience, they definitely helped me to stress less :-)

I wished to extend the booking by 3 weeks but was told that this was not possible. I was a little surprised by this as seems odd that they didn't want my money....I had to use another rental company 😏

Cons: Voitures sale, embrayage et amotisseurs à bout de course. A l'accueil, aucune identification de l'agent, on ne sait pas à qui on a affaire. Au retour de location, on me fait payer 20€ pour retour à 5h, mais l'agent est au lit, c'est quelqu'un d'autre qui prend les clés et donc pas de checkout, pas d'état du véhicule, et je ne sais pas à qui je rends les clés. Bref inquiétude totale. Ils peuvent me facturer n'importe quoi. Agence à éviter.

Pros: They were really accommodating… we had surfboards but hired a panda so they let us upgrade at a cheap price.

Pros: Price of the car hire. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: We followed the directions for the arrival and when we got outside no representative for the car hire was present. A security guard took us to the bottom of the car park where the car hire staff were stood dealing with other customers. The securith guard then asked for a tip for helping us. Without him we would have. Ee wondering around aimlessly. It took around 45 mins to get the car handed to us as the staff were busy dealing with other customers and we were all stood in the carpark.

Pros: Absolutely nothing, lesson learnt, better to pay couple extra pounds than having the hassle we went through.

Cons: Service was absolutely shocking, two random guys, in their own clothes no identification or uniform to identify them, issue with their card reader not working - no surprise there as they’re in the middle of the car park with no actual signal using their hotspots and asking people to show them their bank balances, getting aggressive when pointed out the card reader kept failing saying no service, several people before us having the same issue, should have never booked with them

Pros: This was a disaster.

Cons: The car was significantly damaged and very dirty inside. When we asked for a different car, another man appeared but no car. So we proceeded with the payment but our credit card was not being excepted for an unknown reason. They told us there was a problem with our card and consequently didn't give us the vehicle. They cancelled our rental, after 2 hours of wasted time on our side, 10pm at night, we ended up without a car. We used the same card in the hotel without any issue, we have high credit

Cons: The gave us the car with an empty tank. We filled it and returned it with more than half a tank. Please see picture attached. We would like to ask for a refund of at least 300 MAD as a voucher.

Pros: Car was nice and was able to drive us through whole trip, it lacked a bit of HP but managed to get us to all places we wanted anyway. I did´t receive my deposit back yet, but I guess it would take some time.

Cons: It is really hard to tell where the rental should take place, we went to parking lot but actually took the vehicle on gas station nearby. Also car return was quite random in the middle of the lot. It would be probably better to have some office so people renting and returning cars won´t be confused

Cons: The car was in such bad shape it was life threatening to drive it - one of the tires was underinflated and upon inspection you could see the cords in the tire. The mechanic said we should call the police. Location Autos was not at all interested. We eventually ended up driving all the way back to change the car, for another very clapped out car. Very weak a/c, but of more concern were the wind screen wipers which were completely shot. We are NOT whingey, over-picky drivers. This was shocking

Cons: We received a car which had a lots of fissures. Apparently the car had more flat tires, so the spare tire as well as the accessoires looked very used. At the pick up we received a fully emptied tank with gasoline (we also could return it empty), but this is not a very fair handeling. Stuff at returning the car could not even say hello.

Pros: The guy we picked the car up from was very friendly and nice but didn't know much English. All in all the service was good and so was the customer service.

Cons: There was no desk/reception/office, just picked up the car outside the Airport. Timing was very good though, we didn't have to wait around. The car given to us had no working in car charger port so driving around and not being able to charge our phones was not very nice.

Cons: Firstly, the car was in terrible condition when we arrived. It was nothing similar to the car we had organised (10 years older) and was covered in scratches, dents and cracks. After 200km of driving, we lost 5th gear and were told to drive 200 km to the closest branch to swap the car in 4th gear. After arriving, the car was not ready for us and was even worse than the car we swapped it for. There was no aircon (we were about to drive through the desert) which is what we had paid for. tbc
