Pros: NO FUSS FAST AND EFFICENT.
Pros: The person spoke good English.
Cons: -Because I don't have a credit card I had to purchase full insurance at the desk which costed more than the car. Very expensive for 8 days. Never paid so much to a rent a car. -The person at the desk put pressure on me by saying it was closing the office when it was 8.30pm. - I was helped by a guy going from the terminal to the car hire, I assumed he worked for the company, but he did not and asked me for cash. - felt rushed on returning the car and left few items behind.
Cons: when I picked up the car I was only told to return the car with a full tank, but when I handed it over I was also told that I would have to wash it and as I didn't have time to do that I was charged an extra 10€
Pros: Good customer service
Pros: The car was supposedly a new car, only 20,000 KM in it and yet one of the tire caps was missing and it is possible because it was blown up and they lost the cap, which they never replaced. My luck, the same tire blew up for me too and I had to purchase a new tire, as per the agent's recommendation instead of fully charging me the triple amount. Please refer to the two emails I sent customer service and I have yet to receive acknowledgment.
Cons: A tire blew up and I had to use a spare tire for two days and I contacted the number provided by the agent and which is posted at the desk and the sales Rep told me that this is his personal phone and he can't help. I called the second number and it is the same person whom I insisted to at minimum provide me with directions on what to do that I had a blown tire and he advised me to purchase a new one, the same brand, which I did as it willl cost me triple that amount if I don't. I

A young driver fee of 32.54 EUR per rental applies to drivers under the age of 23.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
A signed credit card imprint will be taken at the start of all rentals for security reasons. The imprint may be used to cover any additional charges at the end of the rental.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Additional charges will be applied.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
