Pros: Véhicule en bon état et propre. Malgré quelques problèmes le dialogue était facile avec les équipes.

Cons: Dans un premier temps le véhicule proposé ne correspondait pas au type de véhicule prévue sur la location. Le problème a été résolu immédiatement. Le réhausseur enfant prévue n était Pas disponible et nous n avons Pas eu le temps de repasser le chercher. Cette option manquante nous a couté 30 euros. Pas du tout de gasoil dans le réservoir. Il a fallu faire le plein immédiatement pour 60 euros. Ne connaissant pas cette voiture nous l avons rendu avec presque 30 euros de gasoil!

Cons: Seller "mistakenly" charging more and in the wrong currecy and when it came to giving the money back he didnt held to his mistake at all and tried to get even more money when giving back the sum. Also 10€ for cleaning the sand from the car when you pretty much only drive in a dessert is a joke. To top it off empty to empty fuel policy must be the worst there is and you know the seller expects to make some extra cash on you for not being able to perfectly calculate how far you drive

Pros: NOTHING!

Cons: When I asked for another car with working lights rental company employee told me, it’s possible but day after renting the first one. I needed to drive 40 km to their office after few calls demanding for the address of the office eventually I got it. After 2 hours someone appeared. I received car with working light but it was completely dirty and in worse condition than the previous one. What more I had to wait one hour more because employe were pumping fuel from the first car to the another!

Pros: Two of the men were helpful, they agreed to change the car following my request.

Cons: Agent was not at airport, I had call him then he arrived after 15 minutes. Initial car provided was very old and poor condition, I could not use the reverse gear, AC not working, lot of damages and look wasn’t good at all. Car was not filled with fuel, I filled the tank with 500MAD but couldn’t use the AC and gear shift. I had to insist a lot, then they took me to a garage and tried to fix AC in front of me, but I was not feeling safe with the car. Then they decided to give me another good car.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00 - € 1600.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
