Pros: No discussions on extra insurance when checking in. That was nice. Also got a correction on free extra driver, while Discover car hire had charged us money for that.
Cons: Pick up was taking very long, had to find a car, helped other people first while we were there first. And we were surprised about the message at return to deliver a clean car, otherwise we would have to pay €30. It is nowhere communicated in the conditions. It was a big discussion. Very annoying and strange.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 750 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1535.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin, English, Cyrillic alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, photocard driving license.
