AirCar at Agadir Airport

Pros: The car was not cleaned and even the wiper water was not filled and I have to buy the screen washer.

Cons: The car is in a very bad state. When applying the brakes, the car's starter starts vibrating heavily and making a sound. Not easy to drive. I tried to contact them, but the branch did not answer.

Pros: The staff demonstrated high professionalism and excellent manners during both pickup and drop-off. 😊

Cons: I suggest that the drop-off location at Rabat Airport be more clear, as the actual drop-off takes place in the parking area, which is better. I suggest fuel policy should be full to full

Pros: Easy to find desk in terminal.

Cons: All good.

Pros: Hamza was excellent with his customer service.

Cons: No drop off office or key box for the car keys to return.

Pros: office was inside airport easy access

Cons: car should be cleaner also car condition could be better

Cons: No one around at pick up time/drop off. Both times, I went back and forth from inside the airport to outside pushing my two suitaces. I was supposed to drop the car at 08:30. I got there at 08:20 but no one was around. Another customer told me no one would be there before 10 minutes. I waited bu no one turned up so I decided to check in first. When I went there the only staff who was there was busy. So I just dropped keys on the desk

Pros: I liked the fact that Air car has a lot of potential

Cons: The staff are corrupt, trying to get money without any justification

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Massive queue at pick up with one very slow man, the car was filthy, covered in dents and scratches, including a chipped windscreen, broken parcel shelf, really rude staff, the air con didn’t work properly and we were informed by police the unit was leaking, bald tyres.

Pros: Great service

Pros: All good. Helpful agent.

Pros: Customer service

Cons: I was a bit withdrawn with the dents and damage on the car but it drives good

Pros: Overall, a good experience with AirCar. Drop off was efficient and agent was pleasant, professional and effective, with a fast follow up via email confirming all was in order.

Cons: There were two issues that detracted from the experience being perfect: A. We booked the car for 22.00; we arrived at the desk at 21.50 and no agent was to be found. It was not clear how to contact the agent, either. Following help from an employee of another company, the agent showed up at 22.25. Once the process started, he was pleasant and effective. B. Car's mechanical condition was acceptable/reasonable, but could be better. Brakes and engine felt like they needed some service.

Pros: I liked the office in the airport;

Cons: The wait for the car; The insurance charges they wanted to levy compared to other companies;

Pros: Nothing

Cons: I collected the vehicle, as I drove off, the car was not in a good condition making loads of noises, the parking sensors wasn't working the speakers wasn’t working so we could not listen to any music or hear the navigation from my phone. I did try to contact the AirCar more than 10 times ask them to replace the vehicle, no one answered the phone.

Cons: At the return, no response when I called. Instead, a shirtless man at the parking claimed he worked for the company and asked me to give him the keys. When I asked for proof of his employment, he handed me a phone where another person insisted I give him the keys without providing any documentation/ receipt. When I insisted on verifying the return process, he became rude and accused me of causing new dents to the car. After inspection, confirmed that the dents weren't my fault. never again

Pros: Our flight was delayed due to bad weather they picked our communication and kept the car for me

Cons: It was easy to find and easy to transact with them

Pros: Quick completion of formalities Pick-up speed ! about 20 min. Drop-off speed 5 min.! Good small car ( KIA Picanto automatic ) Thank you !

Cons: Everything's fine !

Pros: Overall a good experience. AirCar Kiosk directly at the terminal, car location just a few meters away. The car had a few dents and scratches, nothing major, which I documented very carefully. Driving in bigger cities is a bit crazy, full coverage is recommended. The staff was friendly, deposit was only blocked, not charged, and returned after the rental. Nobody tried to pull a scam on us with the credit card, lowering the deposit for extra costs, insurance scams or anything like that.

Cons: At first, there was nobody to return the car to despite being exactly on time. But after contacting someone via whatsapp at the phone number provided at the kiosk, a representative arrived. So plan for at least an hour for the return process to have enough buffer if returning the car before your flight. I had to ask for a signature that the car is OK, otherwise they would let me go with just a verbal confirmation, which in case of a problem could be an issue.

Pros: Friendly and sympathy

Cons: No thing

Cons: The fact that I was charged extra. My credit wasn't working, so I was charged extra for the car rental when I had to pay the deposit via debit card.

Pros: Excellent customer service!!!

Pros: Really straightforward and fast. The car was new dacia lodgy in a good condition. It was definitely worth the money and the deposit was sent back in less than 24 hours after dropping off the car.

Cons: I didnt find any difficulties even though it was my first time renting.

Pros: All was good, the debit card acceptance was awesome since not all have this option.

Cons: the van that i rented was supposed to be bigger in the back, to put bags, and it was small + will only get my reservation´s money back after like 2 months.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Horrible customer service

Pros: Top choice for car rental in Morocco. Good experience min Fes and Agadir office.

Pros: Easy in and out

Pros: The car they gave me had a big dent on the passages side and that made it difficult to close the door. when I asked about changing the car, it was not welcoming. they put me in a difficult situation where I had no choice but to just accept to borrow the car. at was 22:00 in the evening with two small children and wife who was tired after a long flight.

Pros: Simple and quick

Cons: Excellent

Pros: Fast and very easy

Cons: Car was handed with very low fuel, and they said it could be paid with debit card but only accepted credit card.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: They gave me a car with unsafe tires and very dirty interior. When I tried to point that out they just changed one of the wheels but the other tires were already wiped clean and unsafe to drive. I refused to take the car despite them trying to convince me. They gave me an alternative car but that took around 3 hours to sort out

Cons: Agents struggling to communicate and explain returns process

Pros: Good

Cons: Condition of car was not good. Drove well but to many dents all around the car

Pros: Good service

Cons: Condition of car was not good. Drove well but to many dents all around the car

Pros: Good service and helpful

Cons: Condition of car was not good. Drove well but to many dents all around the car

Pros: Very friendly and clear

Cons: Only gripe is Car could do with a bit of a service, seems clutch is quite burnt out. Still usable of course though

Pros: Clear conditions and honesty

Pros: once i got hold of someone my problem with the car was resolved in a friendly manner

Cons: when the car didn’t work I couldn’t contact the rental office for more than 24 hrs and then i only managed by using google to find their head office number

Pros: Efficient at airport

Cons: condition of car. quite run down

Pros: Great little car and no issues on return.

Pros: We will use Aircar again, easy collection and drop off, deposit refunded same day.

Pros: Poor condition. In fact the car was a total joke.

Cons: The car was held together by barious bolts. There wasn’t a straight bit of panneling on the car.

Cons: When we realized that the right back door wasn't opening, they acted as if it was a surprise for them, but clearly they knew it. And didn't offer another car, but just said: "Yes, the door is not working. Is it okay?". We had 2 little children and they would need to get out on street side every time, which was not okay. So they gave another car, which was dirty on the inside - sand and dust all over the seats. The dirtiest inside of the car I have ever received in car rental.

Pros: Top

Cons: Fuel was empty

Pros: Service is very good

Cons: Very good

Pros: Friendly staff and very honest to deal with.

Cons: Pick up and drop off was fairly slow.

Pros: quick, crisp and clear.

Cons: responsiveness during car drop off, I needed to call 3 numbers and only 3rd one responded after some time.

Pros: smooth and easy

Cons: The car was damaged al lot at he outside, the door didnt't close well, the 12V power supply for the GPS didn't work, one of the lights was broken and the car was dirty at the inside. When I returned the car in Essaouira (pick up was at Agadir) the person of AirCar presumed that we had caused all of this damage. I had however taken pictures of the damage at the pick up.

Pros: The most important thing - no cheating on car drop-off. During pick-up, an AirCar representative was checking the car with us, but car's color was dark, and it was already after the sunset, so he didn't mark everything. Some holes in bodywork were visible only during daytime. Car didn't get damaged anyhow and AirCar didn't report "new" issues, and that's the most important thing in car rental selection. Guys are trustworthy! Car was in overall good shape - brakes working well etc.

Cons: Windscreen was very dirty from the inside, thus driving west was challenging. Also, I think that the cars could be fueled to 8/8, ours was 3/8.

Pros: Reliable people, good service no complaints

Cons: only suggestion is to have dedicated car parking spots for car returns

Cons: Actually wont never rent again I have asked for a baby seat - No baby seat available I have signed for a FULL COVERAGE - They have asked me to leave 1600 euros deposit As I did not want and despite the fact that I have asked for FULL COVERAGE I had to pay a 133 euros extras The car was badely damage Never again

Pros: Easy drop off

Cons: Only one operative at pick up and multiple hires going out and coming back

Pros: Drop off was fairly quick

Cons: Car pick up and inefficient service.

Pros: Very nice and professional service. Thank you.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Total rip-off compared to other options.

Pros: Quick and easy

Cons: A small amount of fuel in car

Pros: Friendly

Cons: Waiting time was >1hr

Pros: Pick up and service provided by the agent

Cons: Car was not clean

Cons: I had to pay another day charges because my flight was at 6pm and I dropped car off at 3pm. Disappointing

Pros: AirCar representative was very rude. Very poor customer service skills. These type of people should be working in a backoffice that does not require any customer interaction. AirCar representative in the booth insisted he only speaks... French, Arabic & Berber and Insisted he spoke No English, even though he understood me clearly. Why doesn't AirCar have a English speaking representative at an International Airport like Agadir? Overall terrible experience with AirCar.

Cons: AirCar representative was very rude. Very poor customer service skills. These type of people should be working in a backoffice that does not require any customer interaction. Pros: Easy book and good prices

Cons: General conditions of the car

Pros: Car worked well.

Cons: Slow service picking up the car. No answer on phone when we had a problem and had to visit the airport where no replacement car or mechanic was available.

Pros: Inside Airport

Cons: The car provided was old and badly damaged. I had to insist on having another car, which I did get but lost further time in getting into a car.

Pros: price

Cons: It took over 2 hours to pick the car up.The man took more than 30 minutes to process one rental

Pros: There were many negative reviews due to which I was nervous while booking, but everything was smooth and great.

Cons: Reaching the customer desk on phone can be hard sometimes.

Pros: Good, efficient staff

Cons: Had to wait a while on collection

Pros: The agents was very kindly and we had exactly the car we expected and wanted. The price and kind of car was super compared to other rental companies.

Cons: Nobody outside waiting for us to drop off the car. At the desk we needed to wait in line together with guests that were waiting for collect the car. We left the document of the rental at the agent without any kind of damage check and without a receipt

Pros: They provided a car

Cons: No-one at the reception when we went to pick up or drop off the car and no-one answered any of the 5 contact numbers given

Cons: Le véhicule a des témoins allumés..pneux plats, airbag, liquide refroidissement au minimum, pas d'eau lave vitre.

Pros: The staff dealt with both pick up and drop off efficiently and quickly. The car was in good condition and very clean.

Pros: There was no queue. It takes 5 to 10 min on the desk then I went out to the park. It was easy. The car was new.

Cons: There was no one at the desk. We need to wait 10 to 15 minutes. They took an extra money saying they are a provider of Discovery cars. I didn't like. There was nothing on the contract. It was late and we were 6 people waiting for the car to go to the hotel.

Pros: Discovercars service and price was good. Your support's response was efficient and fast

Cons: When we returned the car to Aircar they asked us for money to clean the it. It wasn't written in the contract, and it's normal that the car is not cleaned after a week of use. I think we have been scammed by Aircar. Even if for a small amount , this is not correct.

Pros: The car itself was very good.

Cons: It came with no fuel whatsoever. The return agent tried to Scam us into a ’cleaning fee’.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff

Cons: Waiting time at the desk

Pros: Easy rental

Cons: They charged me extra for not cleaning the car when returning it. I 'd expect this to be specified in the T&C

Pros: Efficient and polite

Cons: They didn’t check car over with me on return. Just asked ‘any problems or damage?’ and left it at that. When you’ve left a lot of money on your credit card as deposit, one can’t help but worry of being accused of unreported damage after you've left the country. Simply needs a ‘meeter and greeter’ in the car rental car park.

Cons: Failing to instruct how to bring the car back, my guess because they want to rip you on some more money. Very bad last impression.

Pros: While I was taking car with them thay don't know what is full insurance. They charge me for security 14000 DHR (£1200)and end of the day they refund me DHR 1370 (£1183). Thay can't explain why.

Cons: While I was taking car with them thay don't know what is full insurance. They charge me for security 14000 DHR (£1200)and end of the day they refund me DHR 1370 (£1183). Thay can't explain why.

Pros: There was a very polite English speaking man and the process was smooth although it took a bit longer then I expected.

Cons: I didn’t like the person who actually brought a car and he was the one who met us when we returned it. He was an opposite to the man at the desk. He would not speak English, was grumpy, not answering my questions. I could not believe how rude he was.

Pros: Very nice people very helpful!

Cons: Everything was good!

Pros: I got Kia Picanto. Car was good for 2 people. Comfortable.

Cons: Small tank.

Pros: Car in good conditions even if the body had numerous scratches and dents.

Cons: Lighter connection not working and could not be used for the phone connection.

Pros: its good and accurate

Cons: —

Pros: Value for money

Cons: Charged extra for out of hours because our flight was slightly delayed

Pros: New vehicles

Cons: The car smelt, service light was on and the fuel issue means I will not recommend them to a friend or family nor use them again

Pros: Wery good service...

Pros: service

Cons: wait too long for dropp off (early in the morning ?)

Pros: This is the second time I’ve used Aircar in recent months and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them a third, fourth and ..... time. The whole process is hassle free from beginning to end and I look forward to returning to AirCar in the very near future.

Pros: Nothing Very stressful

Cons: Absolutely Rubbish, dense scratches car seats were dirty, couldn’t find my booking have to wait half an hour. On drop-off there was no agent I had to ring them and wait extra 25 minute.

Pros: profesional

Cons: company not in city (only airport)
