Pros: AirCar representative was very rude. Very poor customer service skills. These type of people should be working in a backoffice that does not require any customer interaction. AirCar representative in the booth insisted he only speaks... French, Arabic & Berber and Insisted he spoke No English, even though he understood me clearly. Why doesn't AirCar have a English speaking representative at an International Airport like Agadir? Overall terrible experience with AirCar.

Pros: The agents was very kindly and we had exactly the car we expected and wanted. The price and kind of car was super compared to other rental companies.
Cons: Nobody outside waiting for us to drop off the car. At the desk we needed to wait in line together with guests that were waiting for collect the car. We left the document of the rental at the agent without any kind of damage check and without a receipt

Pros: The staff dealt with both pick up and drop off efficiently and quickly. The car was in good condition and very clean.
Pros: There was no queue. It takes 5 to 10 min on the desk then I went out to the park. It was easy. The car was new.
Cons: There was no one at the desk. We need to wait 10 to 15 minutes. They took an extra money saying they are a provider of Discovery cars. I didn't like. There was nothing on the contract. It was late and we were 6 people waiting for the car to go to the hotel.

Cons: When we returned the car to Aircar they asked us for money to clean the it. It wasn't written in the contract, and it's normal that the car is not cleaned after a week of use. I think we have been scammed by Aircar. Even if for a small amount , this is not correct.

Cons: They didn’t check car over with me on return. Just asked ‘any problems or damage?’ and left it at that. When you’ve left a lot of money on your credit card as deposit, one can’t help but worry of being accused of unreported damage after you've left the country. Simply needs a ‘meeter and greeter’ in the car rental car park.
Cons: Failing to instruct how to bring the car back, my guess because they want to rip you on some more money. Very bad last impression.
Pros: While I was taking car with them thay don't know what is full insurance. They charge me for security 14000 DHR (£1200)and end of the day they refund me DHR 1370 (£1183). Thay can't explain why.

Pros: There was a very polite English speaking man and the process was smooth although it took a bit longer then I expected.
Cons: I didn’t like the person who actually brought a car and he was the one who met us when we returned it. He was an opposite to the man at the desk. He would not speak English, was grumpy, not answering my questions. I could not believe how rude he was.

Pros: This is the second time I’ve used Aircar in recent months and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them a third, fourth and ..... time. The whole process is hassle free from beginning to end and I look forward to returning to AirCar in the very near future.

Cons: Absolutely Rubbish, dense scratches car seats were dirty, couldn’t find my booking have to wait half an hour. On drop-off there was no agent I had to ring them and wait extra 25 minute.
