Pros: The staff at Keddy were friendly throughout my rental. I would especially like to thank the staff member who handled the return of my car at Agadir Airport yesterday at 7:30. He was honest, professional, and efficient. He carried out the inspection fairly without trying to find unnecessary problems or charges. It was a very smooth and trustworthy experience. Keddy is fortunate to have staff members like him

Cons: I was disappointed with the experience when I collected the car from Keddy. The staff member in the office repeatedly tried to persuade me to upgrade to a more expensive vehicle and increase the rental cost, even after I made it clear that I wasn’t interested. I felt the sales approach was too pushy and took away from what should have been a straightforward pickup experience.

Cons: The staff at the desk didn’t release the car because I didn’t have credit card to pay for the deposit, I offered him to pay by visa debit card but he didn’t accept ended up coming back empty handed wasted time and money for the journey to the airport.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 1120.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
Deposit and deductible policy

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours

The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
