Pros: We organised a meet & greet pickup , but had allowed ourselves too much time for Agadir passport and customs delay etc. We arrived before the booked time (almost a hour) and a quick call sorted it. Car was nearly new and in good condition. the local agent Taoufiq was excellent. No issues and no pressure to get excess insurance etc. Thank you

Cons: Try to leave your car clean, if not they will charge you 10€. Picking up the car could be more easy. As they don't have office in Agadir, you have to go to the car parking to meet them. There is no signs , so its a bit complicated.

Pros: Hard to find the agency at the airport, we did not know that the agent work directly on parking lot, more precise intructions would be handy. Additionally, non of the phone numbers worked, only whatsapp.

Cons: The DiRent wanted to rent us Kia Picanto although we are family of 5 and we had 3 suitcases. They said they didn't have any bigger cars available but out of the sudden Renault Express, the one that I ordered was waiting in the car park a few places further. Another thing was cleaning the car. At the time of renting nobody mention cleaning the car and since we didn't clean it DiRent charged us additionally for cleaning it.

When I explained that I have supplied my flight details to Discover Cars, please check with them He couldn't understand me and cancelled my booking. On the top Discover Cars wants me produce my boarding pass and call history to prove my side when I have asked them not to charge me for the car.

Cons: Terrible service. It says on our voucher there is a Kiosk - there isn't. We were made to wait over an hour with a young family at night whilst we tried to find someone for the car. They then gave us a Cleo instead of a bigger van and we could only just fit the family and luggage into it. And charged us full price. Complete rip off.

Pros: First of all never ever deal with your company again you never answer the phone, I arrived in my destination waited for some doggy guy to turn up at the airport after 2:38 minutes of waiting then demanded 10,000 dirhams as a deposit which I paid on my card rude and broke. Car from every angle dirty filthy he couldn’t speak a word of English I was told I would get my deposit back on the day of return I have not received a penny back yet I would never recommend you people to anyone there’s much .

I bet you can’t help with that, the fact it took you 4 days to send me a confirmation of the booking to my email it says a lot how you treat people once you collect your money it’s no longer your problem I’ll avoid dealing with you again 0 out of 10 all the way .

Cons: Car broke down after one day, all the fuel I put in was lost. Took 4 hours to replace. Drop off again a nightmare wanted to charge me because the car was dirty. And worst I am still waiting for my deposit after 5 days, never again!

Cons: First of all I could not find the agent once I got to the airport. I had to ask other agents where DiRent is located. I was directed to another car in the parking lot. There was no one to provide the service. I had to call several times. after about 45 of waiting someone showed up. He was not very nice and could not answer my question. I wanted to know how anyone go about find this agent. Also the car was on empty. Luckily I found a gas station close by.

Pros: Omar that served us was a great gentleman. We had to wait but we were early. Did his job swiftly and efficiently.

Cons: The peugeot 208 provided to us was dented all the way round the car. Halfway up including the front and back. It looked as though somebody had a 360 degree crash in it. Omar assured it was safe and the vehicle engine and internal was fine. Upon me not accepting. He advised its the only car he has.

Pros: All good with the rental, pick up and drop. Easy talk with the representative, he still drop me the car around 2am when we arrived, without problems in rental desk in Airport Carpark. Recomend

Cons: The car was scraped and damaged on the rear drivers side before the pick up, I mentioned that I wasn’t happy and would like to have a different vehicle. The representative insisted it was ok. I told him I didn’t want any issues when returning he told me there would not be any problem. On returning he says I scraped it a little then he agrees it was ok there’s no problem. On returning home two days later they take £364.55 without any reason. I try ringing them but they not answered.

Pros: DiRent ended up bringing us a smaller car than what we specifically requested. Then said we had to pay the same amount for it. We did not take the car.

Cons: The agent was late and did not have the car we rented. We needed something with clearance (Duster), and he tried to force us to take a sedan. Only after refusing was he able to get us a Qashqai. The whole process of getting our vehicle took 4.5 hours and wasted an entire afternoon.

Cons: The agent could not speak english and was very uncommunicative at drop off. then there was the whole scam of having to clean the car. We didn't know how much extra they charged so took the car to be cleaned then were late to the airport. Then the agent couldn't be found even though i told him where we were on the phone and dropped the car off where he had told us.
