Pros: Quick and efficient

Cons: USB Charger didnt work. Pressured me into getting additional insurance cover because otherwise the deposit money (€1,500) would be withdrawn from the card and returned after careful inspection of the car’s condition. Any scratch would translate into a heavy penalty. This was a codeword for “we will blackmail you now that we have your money”.

Cons: We were not warned about cleaning the car. Usually you have to assume the costa if the car is very dirty but not after a 'normal'. Anyway, that extra costa was very low.

Pros: Competitive price; desk at the airport; staff was nice.

Cons: Not sure it's a standard to ask for money for cleaning the car after return, if the car is not as clean as when it was picked up. Of course the car won't be professionally cleaned upon return, and nowhere else has budget ever asked me for money. I wonder if that money was just kept by the representative for himself. Insurance is quite pricy - about as much as the car price per day - and does not cover wheels.

Cons: 1. At picking up providers man announce, that condition in booking dokument "Dacia Dokker or similar" means nothing. I will give you "Renualt Clio" he said. For 4 persons with 4 psc luggage... 2. At dropping off he did not check returned car, said ewerything OK. After 4 days charged for my credit card 120 euro without any claims, documents, papers, invoice etc.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1060.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.



In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
