Cons: The car was 6 year old and had an engine problem and displays " Stop risque de cassage moteur" and emit a very loud beep whenever you go over 100 km/h. The owner is dishonest. Also the car was a different category than the one I booked.

Cons: The only thing I didnt like was the provider wrench for changing the tire. We had flat tire and the wrench provided was completely round inside so there was no chance to unscrew anything. Luckily some passer by stopped to help us. Also the temporary wheel was in very bad condition.

Cons: The gasoline tank is provide with the minimum of gazoline, and I think it's easier to give back with the full tank.

Pros: Great value for money, friendly and helpful representative. No upselling of unnecessary insurance or additional charges/fees. Would use again when visiting Morocco.

Cons: Everything else: - car was at minimum gas so we had to go get immediately. - assistant wanted to handle everything as quickly as possible with little, and when hard to follow, explanations. - fox car was to find by a guy holding a paper with fox car written, in between 50 other papers of people looking for their travelers. So hard to find. Assistant tried to call us through WhatsApp but having no internet connection yet, we could not connect. - I have not yet received my 1400€ disposal

Pros: I got great service from foxcar. Agent ahmad he was a good help he was waiting for to pick up and drop off . I'm dealing with him now for 5 years and he is perfect I strongly recommend fast car

Pros: Paid for late pick ...no one there to meet me .. police phoned company as was late and the guy who cleans carparknsort most of it out.. just glad to have gotten the car they just gave me one and sorted paper work up next day.. so all good cars are cheap so who cares .. but not hard to have someone there to meet me ...

Cons: Trued to get my late drop of fees back .. no chance... the agent I met next day was nice guy.. film all around the cR when yiu pick it up along the underside as well as tried to have me for a broken light which had blue tape on it.. i showed provided it was a scam i think.. also they said they have refunded me my deposit but I have no way to check... just wish it could of been nicer to drop it of get my refund .. I bought car back cleaned inside and out better than I got it...

Pros: Nothing. Worst provider ever used.

Cons: Unsafe and unclean car. No booster seats. Had to way at the airport for over an hour for someone to turn up and this only after contacting them myself. Contacted represenatives to get the car exchanged and kids seats sorted out and I was completely ignored. Do not use this provider!!

Pros: The car was clean, representatives easy to reach and when stopped by a police, they helped a lot on the phone. Even drove to my location to change a bulb. Also, I picked and returned the car at the airport which is very convenient.

Cons: I hope everything will be fine and I'll not get charged any other amount. Can't say, I returned the car a few hours ago.

Cons: Far side wing mirror broken so didn't have proper view of far side road and traffic - very dangerous Car stereo didn't work properly, lots of damage to the exterior, cigarette burns in the seat, bumper hanging off, flapping in the wind. Car given to me with barely any fuel in and fuel warning light on. No desk or representative so only found who to go to to call someone from Fox car by chance.

Pros: Had to chang pick up time, drop off location and time - no problems. Customer service was always fast to reply and had very good English level. We've got brand new car.

Cons: Employee at the drop off didn't know we gave refundable deposit in cash (solved on the spot). Make sure to notify them before the drop off.
