Cons: Do make sure you photograph the fuel level- and get a receipt for your final fill up. we filled the tank less than a mile away from the drop off, and the tank still read as just below full. The lady was skeptical and insisted we head back out and fill it again or they would deduct us the fuel deposit. We had to head out again and the attendant managed to squeeze a few euro more in but the rank still registered as just below full. We took a receipt to prove it. Stressful with a flight to catch.

Pros: absolutely nothing. They are extremely slow, unfriendly and unprofessional. I want to claim reimbursement of 1 rental day because I needed to change a car due to malfunction. Spent extra money on international calls and they refused to provide transfer to an airport, so I had to pay bus

Cons: Slowness. Requests to sign empty handover protocol while the car has visual damages. They gave me a car with flat accu and I lost half a day of short vacation dealing with road assistance and car change. Lost some extra money on contacting international phone line listening to queue management music - lack of remote assistance on weekends. Delays on taking over the car. Unreasonable requests on drop off to show them photos of the car to prof that damages were present on the pickup day. No shutle

Pros: Ease of pickup

Cons: It wasn't made too clear on the importance of me taking pictures of the car before leaving their office. When dropping off the car any questions about the car condition was for me to prove with the pictures I took.

Pros: The car was new and mechanically perfect.

Cons: No wiper fluid, a huge dent and lots of scratches, pushiness to document every little scratch on an already damaged vehicle.

Pros: The route from arrivals to the shuttle-bus was pourly described.

Pros: Easy collection and drop-off, rented from other providers who try find fault when you return the car, Never felt this with Record Go. Car was new and Would definitely rent from them again

Pros: The dropp of speed was wery good.

Cons: There were problems wit pick up, we waited some meters further than we should (there was no written where to wait and no sign where to wait, so we were waiting 30 minuts till we hunted a Record go car some meters further where were other people getting in, where we at the end also fit, sitting 3 people on 2 seats.

Pros: In general, I like it.

Cons: There is a question regarding full coverage. Discovercars (DC) proposed and I took their daily full coverage. However, Recordgo did not look to DC full coverage, and proposed its own full coverage or 900 deposit for damage covering. So unclear why I had to take DC full coverage and what is the cooperation between DC and Recordgo for the full coverage service. If I would damage the car, how the damage is processed and how I responsible by my 900 deposit to Recordgo, and DC coverage would work?

Pros: Very good service with friendly agents, quick pick up and drop off, good car and at a very good price!

Cons: The description of where to find the company at the airport was very good - but a sign with the logo at the pick up point had been convenient since no shuttle was there when we came .

Pros: Enpä oikeen mistään. Yksi mukava työntekijä siellä oli, kiitos hänelle.

Cons: Shuttle bussi ei todellakaan ollut siellä, missä sen olisi pitänyt olla. Etsin sitä lentokentällä 20min ja päädyin ottamaan toisen kyydin vuokrapaikalle. Otin itse autosta valokuvia, kun eivät esitelleet autoa minulla ja näyttäneet missä on vanhoja naarmuja. Valokuvasin myös ennen palautusta auton. Meidän samassa seurueessa ollut henkilö vuokrasi autonsa toisesta paikasta ja siellä olivat kiertäneet työntekijän kanssa auton yhdessä ennen ja jälkeen vuokrauksen, tämä on siinä firmassa käytäntö.

Pros: Everything was fine. Pick up and drop off the car was fast And without any hassle. I had Toyota Yaris 1,5 style with 9500 km.

Cons: In T&C on discovercars there is no notification (explanation) the Record-go rental company do not take Revolut debit cards for security deposit charge. To pick-up the car at the desk at Rhodes airport they insisted to charge "the other" debit card instead of Revolut which I primarily use for security deposit charge in case of car rental. I've been not very pleased since to pick-up the card I've have to use my main bank card which I intentionaly don't use for security reasons.

Cons: We were left stranded at the airport and waited for over an hour for the shuttle bus making multiple phone calls none of which were answered. I am appalled at the lack of customer service and would not use either company again

Cons: Our flight arrived early, but there was no flexibility to take the car earlier unless I paid a lot of Euro to take Recoedgo’s insurance. Not what I needed as I already had insurance. So I had to take a taxi to the hotel and then back, spending extra 40 euro due to the lack of flexibility. Not happy.

Pros: VERY KIND AND HELPFULL

Cons: AT THE FIRST PICKING UP THE CAR I DID NOT FIND A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE AIRPOT, I HAD SPENT COUPLE OF HOUERS LOOKING IT UP.

Pros: Newer car, nicely cleaned. All personal was smiling and well spoken in English.

Cons: It took a looooong time to get the car on pickup - kept trying to sell us more insurances - at a price higher that the rental itself. As we received the car we soon discovered that the rear couldn’t be opened from the outside. We could either wait for another car that wasn’t ready/cleaned and even had another error or deal with the rear closed. We chose the last and asked for the compensation but none was given.

Pros: People were super-friendly and efficient. Great new facility and although the cars were used, all were in great condition. Driver provided plenty of helpful info driving to their offsite location

Pros: Most everything went smoothly and easily. It was easy to contact them when I needed.

Cons: They close at 22:00 and our flight was delayed. We had to pay 40eu late pick up charge which almost doubled the rental price.
