Pros: The car condition was not excellent, window rubber was tiered of, inside cleaning condition was not perfect.

Pros: The car itself was very clean, which we appreciated. Although it was not the exact model we had booked—and a bit smaller than we expected, which was inconvenient as we were traveling with a young child—it was still in good condition. The transfer from the airport to the rental location was quick and efficient, only about five minutes. Even if you need to get there yourself by taxi, the location is easy to find.
Cons: They tried to make us believe that we were not insured, even though we had already purchased full all-risk coverage. The staff member insisted that we had to pay an additional €200, while our policy clearly stated what we were covered for. On top of that, she was not very friendly and dismissed us with comments like “here is your key, but you have no insurance.” The vehicle inspection was rushed and not done properly, which left us with a very unprofessional impression.
Cons: Made up prices, that they lower when you refuse to pay. Pickup had zero organization after waiting for 3h we eneded up sitting in luggage space just to get there. Total mess.

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
American Express, Cash, Cheques, Diners, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
