Pros: The shuttle service was very nice

Cons: Motor power poor and inside of the window screen dirty

Cons: The refusal to take into account the insurance sold by DiscoverCars, and consequently hold the customer hostage. In addition, they applied an exorbitant rate by selling their own insurance. This method of holding tourists hostage (because we weren't the only ones) discredits your whole country!

Pros: Although the car pick up is with shuttle bus, the time spend was so short, easy and professional. The car was brand new which made our stay even better.

Cons: It is a little messy to find the designated contact at the Airport. Its just a guy standing in front without any sign, if somebody from other car rental didnt direct us towards, we will probably miss him.

Pros: The abbycar it’s the most but experience who ever have in my life . I would suggest you to live this company from your b2b services.

Cons: I have been renting cars for years all over the globe and have never seen this. Making me pay twice the price « because my card was a DEBIT CARD », giving me a MICRA instead of the Peugeot 208 that I ordered online. The car was clearly old and crap. The agents of ABBYCAR are scammers and thieves.

Pros: Poor attitude at desk. Very rude. Very unhelpful, refused to give us the car. Constantly complained about our aeroplane being late. Got rude and personal.

Cons: Completely unprofessional and personal. Made me and my children cry. Very traumatic. Never use this company. Will be filing an official complaint.

Cons: Worst possible service I have ever had - they were so rude and didn’t have a care in the World and non service whatsoever. I also tried to prolong the rent, first woman said 50€ extra per day, second woman said 65€ per day and though DiscoverCars it was half the price. Also they tried to convince me that we had no insurance on the car at all and wanted to sell be insurance for 350€ which I declined. In the end they didn’t manage to prolong the rent period.

Cons: Even though I paid for full insurance on your website when I booked the car, when I picked up the car from Abbycars, they said I didn't have insurance and wanted to charge me €175 for insurance. I showed them on the voucher that it said I had full insurance, but they still said that I did not have this insurance with them, but with you, and that I should pay for the insurance with them, otherwise they would deduct at least EUR 500 from my deposit for every little scratch that happened.

Pros: Everything was perfect with the exception that there were no clear instructions where to find agent/shuttle of ABBYCAR at the Rhodes airport. Then we had to wait about 40 minutes for the shuttle because there were many people waiting for it before us.

Cons: No communication and car was cancelled. We prepaid but haven't had refund!!!!!

Cons: Car had a defective sunroof so was always hot, when I reported it they asked that I come to them to inspect it and if broken to replace it. No compensation was offered. Egregiously overcharged me for a scratch I left on the car.

Cons: Picking up the car was painful. Partly our fault as we didn’t realise that AMEX was not accepted and we didn’t know the PIN number of our other credit card. We ended up purchasing additional cover that we didn’t need to get around this.

Cons: The person that is in the desk was very negative. Even though I bought a Full Cover from Discover, they tried to sell their full insurance. They made some offensive statements because I didn't buy it. Even if there is even the slightest scratch, they will be deducted from this deposit, in case of an accident I have to cover all the damage, I have to claim it from the dicover.com afterwards, etc.

Pros: We booked a car like Peugeot 308 or similar but Abby car gave oss a Nissan micro. Even we decline a full coverage on site the person on desk was persistent and try to intimidate us with all kinds of situations that could happen where they have to get paid from us before we kan leave the car (up to 12.000 € and ask us if we were willing to take the risk). Weak engine, we had to drive with the second gear in mostly of uphills because other wise the car couldn’t make it to the top with higher gear

Pros: Abby car in general is a a okay car rental. We just felt ceated because we had to pay double insuranse. (At abby car and at discover car) the lady at the front desk knew this but is how the conditions are) She said it will be cheaper to book directly at the car rental service and not via an agentcy like discover cars.

Pros: Next day I succeeded with enourmous efforts to agree car change, and AbbyCar gave me automatic gear car, which was an upgrade to me reservation. However we lost 1 day of our 4 days holiday totally because of Abbycar. Also the guy receiving the car at return was professional.

Cons: Rude service with a 30-year-old black haired female clerk when picking up the car. She cheated me and took signatures and 1500 EUR deposit before telling that they do not have the car I had booked. She also tried to sell extra insurance with 400 EUR something, when deposit would have been only 150e.Abbycar did not took any responsibility because I had paid for DiscoverCars online. She said that it is not their fault that they do not have my car available. I should contact DiscoverCars, she said.

Pros: ABBYCAR was an awful company, the car was the worst one on the court and felt like it was falling apart, the battery died on the way to the airport and had to wait for someone to come and change the battery, staff were rude and more worried about the car than getting their customers to the airport on time, they put the phone down on multiple occasions

Then being told that the AbbyCar website that I had booked on was NOT the AbbyCar website and that I had booked "through" Discovery Cars. It was quite evident the two were related companies so it was aggravating that they tried to push additional insurance.

Pros: The agency we were addressed for the drop off (drive rent a car) was excellent. We got a free upgrade on the car.

Cons: The drop off should have been in Faliraki but it was no walking distance from downtown and we were not informed in advance . Also the drop off belonged to a different company (excellent service from this second company). At the pick up desk they insisted that I should buy an extra insurance (even if I had yours) and level of English is basic so communication was not easy.

Cons: 1) My family was split up on the shuttle bus to the car rental location, which made the process more difficult. 2) When I returned the car, the guy refused to accept the cleanliness of the car, saying there was too much sand left in the footwells. I was told either I had to get it cleaned or they would charge me €70 to do it - a ridiculous cost when all it needed was a vacuum! I assume the car was going to be cleaned before its next rental anyway. This created a very bad end to our holiday
