Pros: Not much, they were quick to pick me up I guess (under 10 mins)

Cons: Got charged more than the car payment for insurance because I didn’t have a credit card that they accepted (I had 2 different credit cards) they said they sent me and email but I only got 1 email which had nothing about what cards are not accepted. They rudely gave me an ultimatum, either call discovery cars (broker) to which they will likely still charge for a cancellation or pay the £300 for the insurance and have the car. I phoned the broker & was on hold for 30 minutes until I paid it.

Pros: When I had an issue and I reached out the customer service I received a laconic response, although that the shuttle bus didn’t arrive is surely not in my responsibility. Very disappointing, especially on a birthday and anniversary trip.

Cons: Car wasn't what we had booked. The boot space was less and we had to jam pack the cases in and had. They wouldn't even take the boot shelf to be more helpful. The car was really low.power and not an easy drive. The car seats we were given were shockingly bad. Looked like they were 20 years old. I paid over £40 for that. Staff were horrendously unprofessional and unhelpful. Got stung by the stupid credit card hold rule. We said we'd be happy them holding £1000 on our debit but they said couldn't

Cons: I paid way more than what I expected. The insurance I bought from discover cars was wasted and they kinda forced us to buy there insurance

Pros: Toen we de auto terug wilde brengen zagen we dat beide spiegels er af getrapt waren door jongeren ofzo denken we???? TOTAAL NIET ONZE SCHULD!!!!! We brengen de auto terug en moesten toen €175 betalen voor administratie kosten en de €100 borg werd ook in beslag gehouden (terwijl we hier wel voor verzekerd zijn). Nu bij thuiskomst krijg ik ineens een mail van exer cars dat de betaling niet is door gegaan en dat ik nu dus €350 moet overschrijven??? Ik begrijp er helemaal niets van

Pros: A hire company that’s not trying to pretend you did damage. Very friendly and helpful, quick car check and a lift to terminal. Pick up and drop off very efficient

Cons: The car was quite old and had some damages in the past. As the rental price was really low, it was not a problem.

Pros: They have a good stuff working in Rhodos Exer. We got a little bit bigger car than we should to got.

Cons: They should say more clearly, that you have to pant 800 euros from credit card and it would take even a month to get your money back. Fiat Panda has quite little power and the orange hazard light was on.

Cons: The attitude of the staff on collection - really bad attitude - almost toxic. The customer service was poor - the car was not on site when we arrived on time. On drop off made to wait 15 minutes for shuttle bus as driver sat in the office doing nothing. The rental car was a joke. Poor condition, not clean, 88,000 kms on the clock and numerous defects ... How does a car < 5 yrs old accumulate 88,000 kms on an island the size of Rhodes? Maybe an employee pool car not a front line rental? Conned!

Pros: Friendly, happy, efficient staff who made the experience enjoyable.

Pros: The rental process was easy throughout the whole thing - check out, pick up and return.

Cons: Don't know if it's standard practice or whether it depends on the season but the shuttle van just circles around the airport driveway without a designated spot and you might have to catch it yourself.

Pros: The car was very clean and their service was quite swift.

Cons: It was quite hard to locate the rep meeting us at the perfect as they didn't have a clear sign with the company's name.

Cons: Did not mark car scratches at pick up. Only after pointing them, photos were made. Then after returning car staff noticed scratches and went to look for photos. If I did not notice scratches, than I would be in a trouble. That's a red flag, staff should know all existing scratches and show us, not we should look for them and show.

Pros: Quite a good deal of minor external damage on the car. Needed to make a good photo record to avoid problems on return. Car drove very well and had excellent Aircon.

Cons: There was supposed to be a representative waiting for us at the terminal but there wasn't. I had to call the office for someone to pick us up and we had to wait in the heat with a baby. Other than that everything was fine.

Pros: Easy to find their agent at the airport, short trip with the shuttle bus, no hassle at the desk, they didn't try to push any extra insurance on me, the car was ready and we were ready to go a few minutes after we arrived. The return of the car was done within a couple of minutes without any surprises.

Pros: EXER personel is very proffesional and trusthworthy. Everythink went very good. Rental conditions and fees are clear. Deposit was fully returned. I reserved a car by Internet 30 minutes before pick up time. Despite that price was good and personel fastly checked everythink.

Cons: Because information in website is not full , that customer can get all necessary information about total cost of rental. Office sent wrong information about cost of full insurance just to get customer in not proper way !! Not valuable business model for renting company.
