Pros: The car was very clean and their service was quite swift.

Cons: It was quite hard to locate the rep meeting us at the perfect as they didn't have a clear sign with the company's name.

Cons: Did not mark car scratches at pick up. Only after pointing them, photos were made. Then after returning car staff noticed scratches and went to look for photos. If I did not notice scratches, than I would be in a trouble. That's a red flag, staff should know all existing scratches and show us, not we should look for them and show.

Pros: Quite a good deal of minor external damage on the car. Needed to make a good photo record to avoid problems on return. Car drove very well and had excellent Aircon.

Cons: Not completely sure I received a car from the class I ordered. Car was smaller at least in terms of luggage that can fit in.

Pros: Friendly staff, smooth renting process, no insurance pushing (which we all hate), easy explanation of the rental conditions. The best service!

Cons: There was supposed to be a representative waiting for us at the terminal but there wasn't. I had to call the office for someone to pick us up and we had to wait in the heat with a baby. Other than that everything was fine.

Pros: Was not impressed with the staff and there politeness and informative, they assumed we knew that the €500 would be automatically put back on our card. Which to this date it hasn’t been refunded

Pros: Easy to find their agent at the airport, short trip with the shuttle bus, no hassle at the desk, they didn't try to push any extra insurance on me, the car was ready and we were ready to go a few minutes after we arrived. The return of the car was done within a couple of minutes without any surprises.

Cons: The car had lots of scratches.

Pros: EXER personel is very proffesional and trusthworthy. Everythink went very good. Rental conditions and fees are clear. Deposit was fully returned. I reserved a car by Internet 30 minutes before pick up time. Despite that price was good and personel fastly checked everythink.

Cons: Overall - the car body had some damages but technical condition of the car and interior was in good condition.

Cons: The staff were rude, unhelpful, unable to reach by telephone and made our first few hours of holiday a complete mess. My family had blisters on their feet and one broke their suitcase on our half an hour trek to the rental place. The phones were down too so we could not call them as they said they have electricity issues in their office

Cons: This was an old, well used car, with 100,000 km on the clock and plenty of bodywork damage.

Cons: Spent time on inspecting and taking pictures (like it is my job) loaded luggage ready to drive uway, lights doesn't work. Then got the smaller car, smelling of cat piss. They said it's ok. Who am i to argue. Generally staff was nice but the whole service wasn't as strange as it sounds.

Pros: I will give the rental company a solid 10 score for going out and buying a child seat for us to use. Even though they didn't receive the seat order from Dicovercars. wonderful service.

Cons: Because information in website is not full , that customer can get all necessary information about total cost of rental. Office sent wrong information about cost of full insurance just to get customer in not proper way !! Not valuable business model for renting company.
