EXER at Rhodes Airport

Pros: Nothing

Cons: I got a very old smelly car without even an option to charge my phone.

Pros: Overall they were efficient and answered my phone calls when we had trouble.

Cons: We were given an old car with high miles that had battery problems.

Pros: pickup location

Pros: car was clean

Cons: Staff a little rude, had the car I had booked (Jeep Renegade) in the car lot, but gave me a (Jeep Compass) - very different car spec, too big for Greek roads

Pros: Worst car ever, they gave me the oldest one with no clutch

Cons: Too much arrogance from the desk

Cons: The car wasn't able to locked at all. The radio wasn't worked. The condition of the car wasn't worth that. This is the last time renting with you! Expecting for a partial refund!

Pros: EXER we're great - the staff, the price, the shuttle from the airport. Very happy!

Cons: Nothing at all. Perfect.

Pros: Everything just worked. Very quick and smooth. No issues or waiting

Cons: No negatives

Pros: Food Shuttle Service. - However pick up is 200 m away from the terminal, uphill with luggages.

Cons: Old and very very used cars. Poor value for money.

Pros: 1. No excessive sales of extra insurance. 2. The car had many small damages and it actually made it more simple to rent, the company seemed to be more relaxed towards the car condition. So I, as a renter, had not had to make an inventory of all small scratches. 3. Airport shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off worked very well (we waited less than 5 minutes) :) 4. Online check-in (ahead of arrival) actually worked and speeded up the real car pick-up. 5. Nice personal (not always the case nowadays) 6.

Cons: EXER has pretty tight "late-arrival" policy (1 hour?), but we had arrived in time, so I have not experienced its application. :)

Pros: Excellent.

Cons: All.

Pros: Car and staff

Cons: Waiting for the shuttle

Pros: Everything was smooth and perfect

Pros: Gentili, disponibili e professionali.

Cons: Se devo dire una cosa negativa abbiamo aspettato la navetta in aereoporto più di mezz'ora. Ma solo perchè c'era parecchia gente e dovevano aspettare le persone per portarle dall'autonoleggio in aereoporto.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Car condition was pretty mediocre and air conditioning was acting on his own will, sometimes it blew cool air, sometimes even hot with the same settings..And getting heating instead of cooling in a middle of Rhodes summer(33 deg.C in a shade)is not what one wants..it's extremely unconfortable.

Cons: The shuttle, they need to put a mark or something so the people know where to stand

Pros: NOTHING

Cons: OLD RUSTY, DIRTY INSIDE & OUTSIDE, DAMAGED CAR PROVIDED, GEAR BOX COVER BROKEN, SQUEAKY DOORS, BOOT DID NOT OPEN PROPERLY, POOR BRAKES & CAR WENT RIGHT ON BRAKING, KEY REMOTE NOT WORKING BOOT COVER BROKEN. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AGENT WHO SAID NO OTHER CAR AVAILABLE . PHOTOS & VIDEOS TO SHOW ALL OF THESE ISSUES.

Pros: Personnel serviable et s'en tient à ce qui a été commandé

Cons: L'état de la voiture était un peu limite

Pros: Staff pleasant and helpful

Cons: Poor quality car, struggled up hills and seen better days

Pros: Quick - simple

Pros: The agent was friendly and the service was good.

Cons: The car was older and didn't have usb ports to use maps on my phone or keep the phone charged. Also getting to the location (not their fault) was expensive taxi ride from ferry port.

Pros: I didn't get the car at all

Cons: nothing. I didn't get the car at all they weren't willing to help at all

Pros: Worked well. All fine.

Cons: They should tell you that the pickup at the place M5.

Pros: Was really surprised how efficient the pick up & drop off was.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: 1 window wasn t working. The wheels were worn

Pros: Not much, they were quick to pick me up I guess (under 10 mins)

Cons: Got charged more than the car payment for insurance because I didn’t have a credit card that they accepted (I had 2 different credit cards) they said they sent me and email but I only got 1 email which had nothing about what cards are not accepted. They rudely gave me an ultimatum, either call discovery cars (broker) to which they will likely still charge for a cancellation or pay the £300 for the insurance and have the car. I phoned the broker & was on hold for 30 minutes until I paid it.

Pros: When I had an issue and I reached out the customer service I received a laconic response, although that the shuttle bus didn’t arrive is surely not in my responsibility. Very disappointing, especially on a birthday and anniversary trip.

Cons: When I had an issue and I reached out the customer service I received a laconic response, although that the shuttle bus didn’t arrive is surely not in my responsibility. Very disappointing, especially on a birthday and anniversary trip.

Cons: Car wasn't what we had booked. The boot space was less and we had to jam pack the cases in and had. They wouldn't even take the boot shelf to be more helpful. The car was really low.power and not an easy drive. The car seats we were given were shockingly bad. Looked like they were 20 years old. I paid over £40 for that. Staff were horrendously unprofessional and unhelpful. Got stung by the stupid credit card hold rule. We said we'd be happy them holding £1000 on our debit but they said couldn't

Pros: They were fast to pick us up from the airport.

Cons: I paid way more than what I expected. The insurance I bought from discover cars was wasted and they kinda forced us to buy there insurance

Pros: Pretty fast, not trying to sell insurance which is nice.

Cons: The car maintenance is poor, the remote did jot work, previous dents on the car

Pros: Everything. They are friendly and seem ready to help. But I had no problems at all.

Cons: Nothing. Everyting was great.

Pros: Friendly staff, quick pick-up (once we got to the correct pick-up point!), close proximity to the airport.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: A hire company that’s not trying to pretend you did damage. Very friendly and helpful, quick car check and a lift to terminal. Pick up and drop off very efficient

Pros: Smooth and easy service. Good price/value ratio.

Cons: The car was quite old and had some damages in the past. As the rental price was really low, it was not a problem.

Pros: The staff were friendly

Cons: The car was very dirty inside and dented

Pros: Good car, good price, good customer service!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Efficient, no fuss service, with great staff.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Really friendly service at the desk, good quality car, and competitive prices. A pleasure to book with them.

Cons: I have asked abt dash warning yellow triangle sign but without concrete answer. Dangerous or not !

Pros: Friendly staff

Pros: They have a good stuff working in Rhodos Exer. We got a little bit bigger car than we should to got.

Cons: They should say more clearly, that you have to pant 800 euros from credit card and it would take even a month to get your money back. Fiat Panda has quite little power and the orange hazard light was on.

Pros: Very little

Cons: The attitude of the staff on collection - really bad attitude - almost toxic. The customer service was poor - the car was not on site when we arrived on time. On drop off made to wait 15 minutes for shuttle bus as driver sat in the office doing nothing. The rental car was a joke. Poor condition, not clean, 88,000 kms on the clock and numerous defects ... How does a car < 5 yrs old accumulate 88,000 kms on an island the size of Rhodes? Maybe an employee pool car not a front line rental? Conned!

Pros: Friendly, happy, efficient staff who made the experience enjoyable.

Pros: The rental process was easy throughout the whole thing - check out, pick up and return.

Cons: Don't know if it's standard practice or whether it depends on the season but the shuttle van just circles around the airport driveway without a designated spot and you might have to catch it yourself.

Pros: Efficiency; Friendliness; Customer Service

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Professionnalisme

Cons: Le prélèvement de 500 euros alors qu'auparavant ils étaient débités qu'en cas de sinistre. Ils sont restitués à la réception du véhicule

Pros: Quick and efficient

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The car was very clean and their service was quite swift.

Cons: It was quite hard to locate the rep meeting us at the perfect as they didn't have a clear sign with the company's name.

Pros: Excellent customer service

Pros: The service we received was excellent

Pros: Polite personel.

Cons: Did not mark car scratches at pick up. Only after pointing them, photos were made. Then after returning car staff noticed scratches and went to look for photos. If I did not notice scratches, than I would be in a trouble. That's a red flag, staff should know all existing scratches and show us, not we should look for them and show.

Pros: Quite a good deal of minor external damage on the car. Needed to make a good photo record to avoid problems on return. Car drove very well and had excellent Aircon.

Cons: No disputes on return and efficient delivery to airport.

Pros: Quick transfer, good customer service, new model car, clean car

Pros: Everything

Cons: Nothing

Cons: I did not get the deposit back I paid! Everything was ok with the car, they told me the money was transfered to my card back, I have the slip.

Pros: they are very professional

Cons: the pickup location from the airport is not so visiable

Pros: they were friendly

Cons: they were not staffed to handle the customers

Pros: Good

Cons: Long time

Pros: Poco

Cons: Mi hanno chiesto se volevo una assicurazione a maggiore copertura che ero convinta di avere già sottoscritto 106 € in più

Pros: Good communicatins and

Pros: Easy and good value.

Pros: Very fast and easy .

Cons: Good service

Pros: Friendly, patient and professional staff. Condition of the car. Price

Cons: Not completely sure I received a car from the class I ordered. Car was smaller at least in terms of luggage that can fit in.

Pros: Car was exactly what we booked

Cons: No pressure buying of extra insurance which we already had bought.

Pros: Friendly staff, smooth renting process, no insurance pushing (which we all hate), easy explanation of the rental conditions. The best service!

Cons: There was supposed to be a representative waiting for us at the terminal but there wasn't. I had to call the office for someone to pick us up and we had to wait in the heat with a baby. Other than that everything was fine.

Pros: Great vehicle and friendly representatives.

Cons: Nothing

Cons: Get the different car than expected.

Pros: Was not impressed with the staff and there politeness and informative, they assumed we knew that the €500 would be automatically put back on our card. Which to this date it hasn’t been refunded

Pros: The price, the attitude, the service

Cons: A bit hard to find a shuttle in Rhodes airport

Pros: Easy to find their agent at the airport, short trip with the shuttle bus, no hassle at the desk, they didn't try to push any extra insurance on me, the car was ready and we were ready to go a few minutes after we arrived. The return of the car was done within a couple of minutes without any surprises.

Cons: The car had lots of scratches.

Pros: EXER personel is very proffesional and trusthworthy. Everythink went very good. Rental conditions and fees are clear. Deposit was fully returned. I reserved a car by Internet 30 minutes before pick up time. Despite that price was good and personel fastly checked everythink.

Cons: Overall - the car body had some damages but technical condition of the car and interior was in good condition.

Pros: The car had some dents and scratches that we had to photograph to avoid blame on drop off. The car struggled a lot going up hill.

Cons: The staff were rude, unhelpful, unable to reach by telephone and made our first few hours of holiday a complete mess. My family had blisters on their feet and one broke their suitcase on our half an hour trek to the rental place. The phones were down too so we could not call them as they said they have electricity issues in their office

Pros: Very effective and professional

Pros: scamers

Cons: scamers

Pros: Good service by the agents at their office

Cons: This was an old, well used car, with 100,000 km on the clock and plenty of bodywork damage.

Pros: Straight forward, nothing hidden

Cons: I have had an issue with my credit card and the admin offered me a solution.

Pros: Free shuttle van

Cons: Deposit not released even the car was handed back in same condition as per report.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Car was just fine to my needs

Cons: I had to wait for sometime to shuttle bus which picked me up to car rental location

Cons: Spent time on inspecting and taking pictures (like it is my job) loaded luggage ready to drive uway, lights doesn't work. Then got the smaller car, smelling of cat piss. They said it's ok. Who am i to argue. Generally staff was nice but the whole service wasn't as strange as it sounds.

Pros: Professionals.

Cons: Ordered full to full. Not what I got.

Pros: Quick

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Kindness and efficiency

Cons: Petrol no full per full

Pros: I will give the rental company a solid 10 score for going out and buying a child seat for us to use. Even though they didn't receive the seat order from Dicovercars. wonderful service.

Cons: Because information in website is not full , that customer can get all necessary information about total cost of rental. Office sent wrong information about cost of full insurance just to get customer in not proper way !! Not valuable business model for renting company.
