Cons: The car was clean but old. The break signal on the back window was attached poorly via a velcro and the light kept falling on the back seat.

Pros: Meet and greet meant we were walked to the car quickly and completion of receipt of the car was quick, efficient, friendly and straightforward.

Cons: The car was not the exact model booked or hoped for, as we wanted maximum space, but it was close enough. Had plenty of little dents to the rear on collection, but nothing too serious.

Pros: The car was brought to airport and we dropped it off there. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Cons: There was a slight delay in confimation we could drop the car off at an earlier time. However this was due to a Greek Holiday and they rectified the situation quickly and allowed us to drop the car early as requested. The car was slightly smaller than expected, but we managed to get our things in which was fine. They said they would replace with a bigger car if necessary.

Pros: The contract was signed at the airport, so it was easy and fast. We've got even better conditions with the deposit :) The car was clean, reliable and spacious. Also, the flight was late, and the agent waited more about half an hour (thank you).

Pros: Had to wait nearly 1 hour for car to finally turn up after being lied to and ended up being given 1 that had just been dropped off, inside was dirty, your company promised to swap vehicle the next day but no one called or turned up

Cons: Car was falling apart fan belt would screach every time it started. I’m did not feel safe at all. When we dropped it back someone was taking pictures of it and said the person who rented it prior to us had an accident. So it hadn’t been repaired it just went straight back out!!!!

Pros: Easy to drop it off

Cons: Rubbish car, no gear 3 or 4. Frightening to drive, it was just not good. Got new car. It was ok but the air con was only good in front. We had a 9 seater with no air in back 2 rows. Not what I paid for. Terrible communication about where to get the car. There is no discover office at airport and I had to ask random people how I get the car. Man with sign with our name showed up which was great, but it would have been useful to know this was the way it worked.

Pros: The representative was waiting in the arrivals hall with a name card and took is straight to the car, she was very friendly and helped check over the car with me explaining everything I needed to know. It was so easy and simple a million times easier than a coach!

Cons: The car was a lot older than the website actually stated, it said VW up or similar and we got a ten year old Punto haha we actually didn't care one bit as we blended in with the locals as it had no rental car stickers, and there was no chance you'd spot a scratch as it was pretty battered but mechanically we had no problems and the AC was perfect. Like I say we didn't care I drive a brand new premium car at home so driving this was quite fun :) But I know some people like to complain.

Cons: Car was a wreck. So many dings and marks on it we were embarrassed to drive it around the island. I know it was a mini but it had no power at all. Every time you depressed the clutch the car made a clicking noise, the petrol gage was broken. The parcel shelf was broken and fell of when we stopped the car. We thought we had damaged something in the car when it crashed down

Cons: Disaster: the manager of the rental company is an idiot, after his colleague made mistake with my card when I paid for the damage I caused at the airport drop-off, the manager called me 3 times and when I did not pick up, because I had problems with check-in, started to write threatening messages...also launched several unauthorized transaction on my credit card without my allowance...no words how unprofessional this whole bunch is

Pros: The car could get us from A to B without any problem.

Cons: At the pick-up I could pay for the rent with a revolut VISA virtual card, but I was not allowed to pay the 800 EUR deposit with the same method. I was not informed previously about that. It caused some trouble. At the end we had to use another card which has caused us headacke and after several weeks we still don't have our deposit back although everything was fine at drop-off. Very-very frustrating.

Pros: Was efficient

Cons: I ordered a Ford focus, I got a fiat that looked like a van, it was also diesel not petrol and it had done over 51,000 miles or km, it wasn't in the best of condition as it had scuffs and small dents all over the bodywork. Therefore I feel I over paid for a sub standard car which wasn't really what I wanted.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).


In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 35 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 180 minutes.
