Centauro at Rhodes Airport

Pros: Very nice car. Professional friendly service

Cons: Nothing they were great

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Despite we arrived within office working hours te worker who ment to take us to the office was hard to find, eventually we found him somewhere on the car park instead of waiting for us at the arrivals. We end up being charged for out of hours

Pros: Fast pick up and drop off, car was good

Cons: They didn't agree to open the office 30 minutes earlier so I can catch my flight so I had to drop off one day earlier and change all my plans.

Pros: Terrible service

Cons: The agents were unhelpful, repeatedly tried to claim damage to the car (that existed when I picked up the car) was caused by me. Ultimately, I had to show them clear proof with images and a video before they believed me. Opening hours are also limited, so picking up/dropping off the car outside of opening hours is impossible and makes the process much more expensive and complicated.

Pros: Friendly and no hidden fees. Brand new car. Very cheap.

Cons: Only niggle was that the tank was half full and I overpaid fuel trying to get it back to half as the needle wouldn't move with a small amount of fuel on the corsa. But is no big deal.

Pros: I have used Centauro previously and was impressed then, second time round they were just as good. No pressure, nice cars and helpful staff.

Pros: Check in lady was amazing. The car was a bit dirty on the inside, mainly the windows. I think it may be from other customers smoking in them. Otherwise, it was clean and a great experience. Great price!

Pros: No flexibility in allowing me to extend the trip by 24 hours

Pros: new car

Cons: cost of insurance in addition to the insurance paid to discovercars

Pros: Il servizio è preciso e puntuale

Pros: Nice car

Cons: It's crazy that the insurance should be more expensive than the rent for the car.

Pros: The pickup process was a bit confusing – it wasn’t clear where exactly to wait after landing, and there was no clear information about when the shuttle would arrive.

Cons: the car itself was new and very clean, the service was friendly and professional, and they returned us to the airport on time. Overall, they were honest and reliable.

Pros: Awful. Scammers

Cons: Awful. Avoid at all costs

Pros: Good service

Cons: Very satisfied

Pros: almost new car. 500km only. nice staff

Cons: nothing

Pros: Fast shuttle from airport to rental

Cons: Try to charge my bond on damage to car that was there before . Had to prove it via video before taking giving bond

Pros: Price

Cons: They were too pushy for insurence, despite we already had insurance by broker.

Pros: very friendly personnel , car was ready and clean

Cons: no remarks , only positive

Pros: Good value for the money. Professional service. Brand new car. Nice and supportive stuff.

Cons: Shuttle bus was not so easy to find but even this is a nice service.

Pros: Nofthing at All

Cons: There was absolutly No service at All

Pros: New car

Cons: The young man who picked us up from airport and then who we returned the car to was very rude and ignorant. Very unpleasant rude young man He was about 25 and had long hair.

Pros: As a regular user of hire cars, this was the easiest streamlined service I have used to date

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Fantastic staff. This is the main reason we return to Centauro Rent a Car.

Pros: New car 15km on the car when i get it

Pros: Staff pleasant and happy to help us.

Cons: Rental desk actually at the airport would be ideal. However, a short 5 minute drive in their shuttle bus was fine. We didn't have to wait when collecting and returning the car.

Pros: Arrived at Rhides Airport, flight delayed, no shuttle bus, waited one hour, had to hire another car from another company, was on my own and late at night, distressing experience

Pros: Friendly people

Cons: The pick-up time was a bit to long for me…maybe because I was tired but it can be quicker! They wanted me to take another insurance because the one provided bij you did not cover road assistance they said to me? I think it is covered by) de full ! Insurance?

Pros: the team was very kind, and the cars are new, all the process was very efficient.

Cons: please provide better instruction where to wait to the shuttle.

Pros: Yes, I enjoyed the services offered by Centauro.

Pros: New car. Pickup from airport.

Cons: I didn't like that after paying for full cover via the broker the rental agent scared us into thinking we weren't covered and that considerable expense would be incurred should an accident arise. I had been warned of this but a large deposit that I couldn't afford forced me into an unnecessary extra expense of Centauro insurance. Very sneaky.

Pros: The weather was unbearable, and we were stranded at the agency's office with no car and no hope of getting any assistance. Despite my desperate pleas for help, the agency's response was cold and indifferent. They heartlessly informed me that they couldn't offer any support whatsoever. I asked if they could cancel my reservation and provide a refund, but they refused. I suggested amending the reservation to change the driver to either my brother or my father, but they remained unyielding.

Cons: Their lack of compassion and unwillingness to help was truly overwhelming. It was not just the fact that we were left without a car, but the complete disregard for our situation that left us utterly devastated. Their inaction and indifference made an already distressing situation even worse. We were customers, paying for a service, and yet we were treated as if our well-being and comfort meant nothing to them.

Pros: All was wonderful

Cons: Good

Pros: Car in good condition. Thorough explanation of insurance situation.

Cons: I had arranged car insurance via discovercars.com but they offered me an insurance package for €175 which would cover their €300 charge if I put any scratches on the car. I thought this was bad value. Especially as there is already a €1100 hold on the car (which is fair). It appears to make ANY insurance claim - even for a scratch on the car - requires a police report from the local Greek police, which I understand is tricky enough to obtain. €175 insurance policy, for a 7 day €260 rental?

Pros: Smooth

Cons: Smooth

Pros: Noting

Cons: They didn't bring the vehicle I ordered It took over an hour to get a car They charged me a lot for insurance even though I had insurance They took a lot of deposit money from me and have not yet returned it to me

Pros: Easy and quick

Cons: The extra insurance - too expensive!

Pros: Very nice representatives Good cars New cars Clean cars

Cons: The price was higher then what was said to be on discover cars

Pros: Scam, paid for car hire from the UK to find that the insurance wasn't fully comprehensive after all, so we never took the car.

Cons: Because they weren't transparent about insurance, wanted another 19 euros per day for insurance.

Pros: New car, less than 1000km, excellent condition.

Cons: Shuttle did not arrived, was needed to call them, which not so easy when you on roaming and hardly understand what need to press to reach the Rhodes office. Child seat was broken and they don't have another one for replacement.

Pros: Nice polite ladies in the office. Good cars.

Cons: Even we purchased fuul coverage trough discovercars in centauro we been scared that small scratch will cost 400€ if we need recovery 350€... And even we are fully covered for a scratch for example we would need to pay as we, customers would need a police report but police won't give that so centauro would charge us if that would be a case... I guess it's fine till nothing happens.

Pros: Highly recommend. Friendly and efficient service.

Pros: Professional perfect
