Cons: - this is scam they try to charge you for everything like 35€ to return car early in the morning -very NOT professionnels, no check in, car faults not noticed, very dirty car not cleaned and very agressive manners - when dropping off they don’t give any proof (you need to take a photo), they refused to Give My personnal informations back (copy of My Visa Card, ID and driver licence) so i explained about rights on data and a woman whispered to discreetly make another copy of this document!!!

Pros: The people how pick up from airport and drop us back were very nice, polite and helpful.

Cons: The collection took ages. You have to fill papers by hand. The car we got first was lower standard the the one we booked. When we complain they give us differnt car it was very old car with big milage in bad state. The car engine was weak. Car was very basic and old fasion. The remote wasn't even working and you have to use key to open. The worst car I rent ever. Especially that we paid quite a lot for it. I won't recomend this company.

Pros: nothing! the staff was very rood! offensive, screaming at us, threw a botle of water at me and my child. took too much fuel and didnt want to credit us. kicked us out and screamed at us in their office full with customers! i have never in my life treated this way. my kids cried and were scared of her.

Cons: Temps d'attente long pour la navette qui vous amène à leur comptoir (5 km) Employée très désagréable au comptoir et qui n'a pas accepté mes cartes de crédit (indiquées débit) pensant ainsi garder votre acompte théoriquement déjà payé. ( ils gardent votre acompte et ne vous donnent aucun véhicule) Nous n'étions pas les seuls dans ce cas au comptoir, certains perdant la totalité de la réservation sans rien avoir nous avons loué ailleurs (Rodos car au terminal service impeccable)

Cons: We had to get a bus 6km to the pick up. When we arrived we were informed the car had zero insurance what so ever. I had my own excess insurance however it was of no use if I had no insurance at all. We had to pay another 25 euro per day for insurance and we also had to pay a late pick up fee. When he brings me to the car is not similar to what I ordered and was a very old Puegot 301. We had no choice only pay and take it as we were stranded 6km away from anything at 10pm at night.

Cons: Single handily the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We paid for a car seat which was not installed when we arrived. The man on reception refused to install or help us install it. The one he gave us was unsuitable for our baby and she would have been leaning forward constantly if we used it.
