Ok Mobility at Rhodes Airport

Cons: The Pick up from the airport was not. Pick up was not on time.!!!

Pros: They were more than just helpful. e.g. At the airport on the way back we realised at the last minute that we'd left a phone at their depot. They didn't hesitate and raced the phone over to us straight away.

Cons: Insurance policy was so bad and expencive. Customer service dont help and pick up was terrible. When I try to ask why I have to pay their insurance because I already have insurance via Discover cars, officer only say it maybe dont cover all and they want huge deposit. Other clients take videos and pictures 20-30 mins because atmosphere was that You gonna get cheated. Officer dont say nothing until I bought their insurance also. Rhodes OK mobility I dont recommend to anybody.

Pros: To be honest, I am very, very disappointed, I arrived at the airport in Rhodes and realized that there was no car, it turns out that because we arrived at 2:30 PM and not at 11 AM, they charged the full amount and did not give us the car. I was with my sisters and a very elderly mother and we had to pay again to another company and rent a car again. I would like to clarify this with the company and return the full amount so that I can know that your company is indeed doing the job properly and

Pros: Fast service and cheap price. The car was very good for that price.

Cons: You should clear full insurance policy between okmobility and discovercars. Tourist want to pay full insurance so they can enjoy the holiday. Now you can not be sure if they "found" the scratch and charge for that. Everything went well, deposit were returned fully but my friend they charged a few hundred € from "scratch". So I'm not willing to use they services in the future before this "full insurance" thing is clear, cars surfaces are dry at the beginning and scratches are marked properly.

Cons: Cancelled reservation on account of the terrible Google reviews and the very high insurance rate with ok mobility. Also scored badly due to miscommunication and long wait time for the shuttle service to the car rental agency.

Cons: Attenzione! Costi extra! L’assicurazione viene indicata come compresa nel prezzo, all’arrivo viene proposta una maggiorazione senza la quale il costo di un eventuale danno viene prima addebitato alla persona e poi risarcito dall’assicurazione. Nel nostro caso l’extra è stato di 170 euro su un noleggio di 330 euro.

Cons: Car was not well prepared, with flat tire, which was pierced by a screw (sic!). It seems they are also cheating on fuel level. I should receive full tank as it turned out after I refill it was about 10 litres below, it seems to be due to moved fuel level scale.

Cons: The agency has no rental desk in the airport. We didn't pick up and drop off the car to the airport. They sent a Van to take us from the airport and the agency name wasn't "Ok Rent A Car" but another one. We rent the car for 215€ and when we go there they told us for extra insurance 140€ and we pay 355€ instead of 215.

Pros: Bad service. Needed to wait at the airport for someone to come pick us up. The rental car is outside of the airport.

Cons: We didn't get the same car we order. They wanted a 1200€ deposit in addition to the full converge. Needed to pay another 80€ for full coverage.

Cons: We booked a car with 7 seats and received no info that that type of car is not available and we got smaller at pick up.
