Cons: Overall amount paid was too high and expensive!! Paid also for the agency and so for the website! Unfair!
Pros: Car was fine
Cons: No GPS - was refunded on site No children seats - they had to run around the office looking for some because it wasn't on their system even though we booked it. Not something you want to hear after a long flight. She said we could have them "for free" even though we paid for them in the original booking. Insurance - the lady behind the counter spoke very fast with the intention to confuse and frustrate already stressed out parents with two young children.

Cons: Staff service was unnecessarily cold, nothing terrible but not overly welcoming. We weren’t a particularly challenging customer so just didn’t seem necessary. The airport shuttle on arrival took a good 20 minutes to arrive to collect us. The man organising the shuttles was great but his signage was a little small and out of the way when you arrive into a very busy arrivals section. Would use again the service again but I’d definitely shop around as the service wasn’t overly compelling.

Cons: The service at pick up was awful. Hard selling insurance, telling me "I knew best" when I didnt buy as have my own global policy. Manager even said "because he is English" to his colleage (which I am not but insulted another English customer at the desk). The car was handed over in the dark so I couldn't check damage, was made to sign the previous damage report and was then charged €320 for a scratch that had been on the car the whole time I had it. The tank was also only half full. A joke!
Cons: The extra charges are extortionate and an already stressful experience was made 500£ more expensive. I hire from Europcar every time I go away and have never had to pay so much extra than stated. Also 60 euros for some sand in the boot. Disgusted.
Pros: To be true the only think I liked was the company representative who was waiting for us in the airport. And maybe the clean car.
Cons: Firstly, it takes about 30 minutes to pick up the car - and we were solo customer in the office. The employe in the office told us, that our full coverage insurance is not provided by GreenMotion, but by web provider - discoverers.com. And that if something will happen to the car, probably the company will not give us money back - so she advised us to pay their full insurance for another 80 Euros. Moreover the employe was not very polite, she was a little bit rude to us.

Cons: when picking up the car, the femal rep was trying to scare us into upgrading in a pushy way, drawing figures and we had to say 3 times we didn't want to upgrade the insurance

Cons: Unfortunately we had a car maybe if hasn't been done the oil level / we provided it to refill, but the staff without any problem refunded us.
Cons: they were not very helpful and did not let us make any phone calls. they wouldn't consider any changes and charged us an additional 80euro. they take advantage of you that you don't understand the language. i received the car 7/8 gas full and they said we didnt giv it back the same and made us add more fuel for no reason. the companies inside the city were much more reasonable and accommodating. it is far from the terminal in the middle of no-ware.

Cons: Additional charge at pickup was not appreciated and unfair as at that point it was too late to cancel and I had no other options except pay up.
Pros: The vehicle had old damage which I did not spot at collection. When returning the vehicle the staff were very honest and said they knew it was done previously. I spent the whole holiday worrying about it and really appreciated their honesty. Also very good facilities at their office and friendly staff.
Cons: The quotation that I got from discover car hire was wrong. When I got to green motion counter, the representative told me a different price for the car than what I got from discover car hire. The gap was the child seat that wasn't included in the quotation. After I tried to convince her that she should give me the price that I got from discover car hire, she wanted to cancel my reservation and told me to go to another place to rent a car!!! Cons: Unfornately two different prices: I had a ammount of 71.99Eur to pay on arrival, and they had on the confirmation from greenmotion 76.99Eur. Additional, there was a night fee charges of 25 Eur by pick up which was not clearly evident on the rerservation. Next time I will choice a vendor, which have not this 25Eur "night fee charge".. For the custumer must be all additional cost clearly evident. Otherwise, you get disappointed and suprised of all the "new costs".. on the end, we payed everythi

Cons: I WAS PRAISED WITH A FINE FOR SCRATCHES AT THE FRONT RIGHT SIDE BUMBER OF THE CAR. HOWEVER I DID NOT HAVE ANY ACCIDENT OR ANY CONTACT WITH THE CAR TO JUSTIFY THIS DAMAGE. THE DAMAGE WAS VERY MINOR (I DOUBT THAT THERE WASN'T WHEN I RENTED THE CAR) THE FINE WAS VERY HIGH FOR THE DAMAGE AND THE GREEK STANDARDS I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOUR CUSTOMERS TO EXAMINE VERY CAREFULLY THE CARS THEY RENT FROM YOUR AGENT IN RHODES EVEN AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BLUNDERS AND TAKE MANY MANY PHOTOS
Cons: Out of office hours surcharge is misleading. Should state "after 9pm" instead as the office was open until 12am. Eur 24 is a rip-off. Agents were friendly but turned their noses up when I asked to check the car before signing at arrival and when asked to provide a statement that the car was OK at drop-off.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Residents of the following country(ies): United Kingdom are required to present the following document(s): driver license with photo in order to pick up the car.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Diners, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card, American Express Debit card.
For the Luxury car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.
An administrative charge of 2 % will apply for payments made using the following credit card(s): American Express, Diners.
Visa Electron, Maestro, Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
