Cons: Long wait both picking up and dropping off, about 30 minutes both times. Car was very clean, but had a burnt oil smell inside that was kind of concerning.

Pros: Fantastic customer support services over the phone - no long holds and speedy solutions. The staff at rental were very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The car was not great in high altitudes or on hills. It broke down so we wish it was explained to us that we needed a better car however otherwise the company Discovery Cars and the provider they used PayLess was great! Highly recommend!

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1310.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee, Environmental Contribution fee, Administrative fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
In order to pick up the car, international renters must present the following documents: proof of entry/exit into/out of the country.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi, Cell phone.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery within city limits to hotels is free of charge.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 90 days.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
