Pros: Pickup speed was a bit slow dure to shortage of people late in the evening. Pickup once at the Alamo office was about 1 hour. After 26 hours of travel the waiting time was a bit tedious.
Cons: The service provided by the sales agents were really good.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1915.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
