Cons: Did not receive car
Pros: We hired from Barcelona to Madrid and then Madrid to Porto. All three offices were staffed by friendly, helpful and cheery people. All our requests were met and staff went out of their way to assist us even after we had dropped off the car, one guy even going as far as letting us use his wifi on his phone because the depot didn't have wifi and we needed to call an Uber.
Cons: Really can't fault them. Cars were in excellent condition and the whole hiring process was easy and efficient.
Pros: The agent, Juan Carlos, was amazing. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure we understood everything, and he provided excellent advice.
Cons: We were not notified that we would need international driver's licenses to rent the car. The agent provided information to procure them, but if we had been notified previously, we could have saved significant time and money.
Cons: The car broke down - the brakes failed! They then charged me £900 without prior authorisation and no prior warning. I'm yet to receive anything to state why this charge occurred.
Pros: Nothing. Annoying and unhelpful agents. although an upgraded model of the car was ordered, the car was full of dents and scratches all over (never seen a rental in such bad condition).

Cons: They charged me €700 euros for a windscreen that had Teo very small chips that they are quite clearly not going to replace. The guy checking the car even looked back on his records to make sure it hadn’t already been logged which shows he though it didn’t warrant a new screen. You just need to look at the amount have complaints about them to know the y are ripping everyone off
Cons: the team in Barcelona gave me a totally bad experience. While I returned the car, the local member was arguing with me that the car was not returned clean. Although My wife and my self inspected the car together with the local rep, showing him that the car was ***Immaculate***, he said it wasn't knowing I'm stressed and late to a flight
Pros: quick, very friendly, great customer service
Cons: at first I heard from the head office that I had to pick up the car before a certain time and as I had a delayed flight due to problems at Schiphol, I was under great time stress. at the desk, there was however no problem at all..
Cons: At no point did anyone mention the need for an international license. Cost time and of course, money. This may be a government requirement but the rental agency should inform the customer pickup.
Pros: Options that were available and how they explained it to me
Cons: They charged me a full days rental extra for returning the car 23 minutes late.

Cons: On a 2 weeks-long rental I got charged 71$ for returning the car 8 minutes after the grace period (grace period is 1h, so I gave it back 1h 8' passed the schedules time). I explained that at pick-up they had a long waiting time and therefore I got the car 30-40min after the scheduled time myself, and therefore the scheduled drop-off should have been adjusted. At the moment, the guy who attended me said that "they would look into it" but all they did was charge me a penalty without notification.

Cons: I rent the car thorough a third party and took an insurance that covered all. At OK desk, they proposed me to supplementary pay more then 300 euro, as another insurance directly with OK, to be more secured against any virtual car damages. Since OK is working with third parties to rent their car and accept their insurances why try to double it?
Pros: The car was clean and representative were nice.
Cons: I was charged the rental deposit 3x and I am still waiting to be reimbursed. (help please!) It took at least 30-45 minutes for both pick up and drop off. I had reserved a small car and got a SUV instead.

Cons: Drop off agent “discovered” a light scratch on the tire, of all places, on the tire!! and charged me for it. Otherwise the car was impecable. OK Rent A Car makes its money by making superfluous insurance charges to compensate for its low daily rates. That’s dishonest and would not recommend anyone. On the contrary, will point this out to all my friends. My stay in Spain was tarnished by the horrible experience with the car rental company.

Cons: In the beginning employee lied about letting us know to change to a bigger car for the last day as we needed a bigger car to fit the suitcases. The last day they denied and stated we needed to start a new agreement when previously the employee said that it was not going to be a problem. Few members of our family had to take the train to get back to Madrid. We also saw how the lady from the Valencia office treated the other customers. Very bad customer service.
Cons: There was a mileage limit that was only found in the fine print of the contract I was charged almost €200 extra

Cons: Very long time to pick up the car - over ~20 minutes per customer and only 1, sometimes 2 desks open, make even a short queue very long in reality. Also, does not accept American Express, which was a small problem

Pros: They were the only provider in the area willing to do a one way rental. Their rates through Discover Cars were much lower than competitors. All of the car models we saw had built in GPS which was a big bonus.
Cons: They are not located at the airport and finding their shuttle in Madrid proved to be tricky, especially while trying to navigate around the airport with a bunch of luggage. We did a one way rental and weren’t given any instructions on accessing the return location in Seville, so we spent a lot of unnecessary time circling the airport.
Cons: Being overcharged £352.50 on my credit card and this not being resolved despite three phone calls and two emails to date.

Pros: I was lucky enough to have the shuttle waiting to take me to the airport after I turned in the car.
Cons: There was virtually no briefing for using the various controls and switches inside the car. The shuttle service from the airport was not clearly indicated and it seemed to be irregular. Once on the road I tried to reach the company via the contact number they gave me at the desk. There was no answer.

Cons: I arrived at rental desk two hours earlier than my reservation, and they would NOT adjust the times. They basically told me to sit and wait for two hours.

For each additional km an additional charge of 0.40 EUR per km will apply.
A young driver fee of 10.00 EUR per day applies to drivers under the age of 26, with a maximum of 300.00 EUR per rental.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
The deductible/excess amount is from 900 EUR to 1800 EUR, depending on the car group.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
It is only possible to pay and leave a deposit using the same card.
If the customer wishes to use Visa debit card, MasterCard debit card, he/she will be required to purchase Super Insurance.
American Express, Cash is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
International one-way rentals are allowed when requested in advance and for an additional charge, the amount of which varies according to the location.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, France, Portugal.
crossing country borders is allowed for an additional charge of 25 EUR to 600 EUR, depending on the following factors: Car groups.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery service costs from 20 EUR to 120 EUR, depending on the distance.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge of 3 EUR per day, with a maximum charge of 30 EUR per rental. A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
