Cons: Car had prior scratches, the tire low air light came on and wouldn’t turn off. Oil change notice came on as well.
Pros: well maintained car, reletively new and clean
Cons: Not all scratches and scuff marks are clearly listed when you pick up the car. You must carefully inspect the vehicle and take photos as evidence. When you return it, they will thoroughly examine every detail and ask you to provide proof.

Pros: The company was ok but when we arrives it took them more than an hour to pick us up from the airport to the car rental agency.
Cons: The car was supposed to be electric car with over 400 km between charges, it only last around 260 km between charges and we had lots of problems charging it. We are using electric car for the last 5 years at home.
Pros: Pick up was fine. Howeer, they had not marked up all damage on the car. This led to a dispute when bringing it back. Fortunately we had a video of the car damage
Cons: Poor connection on the way back. The shuttle buses both left together. I ended up having to get a taxi to the airport and nearly missed the flight. Also they had not marked up all damage to the car when we hired the car. The garage is dark and we were lucky we vidoed with the light on. This is unprofessional to miss damage to the car

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Customers not resident in EU countries are required to present the following document(s): International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
All documents must be issued in the same country.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.).
If the renter is not the main driver, the following coverage is mandatory: Total Comfort Cover.
A separate fuel deposit of 70 EUR to 110 EUR is required for the tank of fuel upon picking up the vehicle.
A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Debit cards.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
There is an additional refueling fee which will not be refunded.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
Electric vehicles will be provided with at least 99% battery level. You must return the vehicle with at least 50% battery level.
At time of drop off, customers should return the vehicle with a full tank and be able to show the gas station receipt confirming they have filled the tank, in order for the fuel deposit to be refunded.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Flight number.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 6 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
