Cons: Advice collecting the car at Madrid airport was wrong. We arrived T1 and could have collected the car in T1 parking area. However, the wording in booking email suggests we had to take shuttle bus to T4 to collect car. We did this but wasted a lot of time unnecessarily. Deposit and deductible policy
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Additional Driver, Mandatory surcharges, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 70 % battery charge remaining.
