Hertz counters are located in Terminals 1 and 4 (T1 and T4), in the arrivals hall. The distance between Terminals 1 and 4 is 4.5km. The airport operates a free shuttle service between T4 and T1 approximately every 20 minutes.

Pros: Friendly staff and didn’t try to upsell us. Drop off was quick and easy. Hold was removed immediately.
Cons: We got robbed in their parking lot! Not their fault but beware! Also, there was no check of the car when we picked it up. They said they would email a form and we could mark any damage but we never got the email and it our panic and upset with the robbery we didn’t go back to ask. Fortunately the car was immaculate, may have even been new!

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
