Pick-up instructions
The Sixt branches are located in Terminal 1 and Terminal 4. If your flight is landing in Terminal 1, 2 or 3, we are happy to attend you in the office located on Arrivals floor, near the lounge 2. From Terminal 2 and 3 you also have the option to take the free shuttle bus that connects all Terminals and will take you to Terminal 1. If your flight is landing in Terminal 4, please follow the airport indications towards floor -1, where you will find the Sixt branch.
If your flight lands in T1 you can use the shuttle bus T1-T4 situated in T1 floor 0 Departures
Drop-off instructions
Sixt parking is located in Terminal 1 Arrivals (Llegadas), immediatly after the curve you will see the entry to the car rental parking. The barrier will open automatically when you get there with your car. Please pay special attention to the signs at the entrance. Only the barrier on the right side will lead to our car park. Once inside the parking, you can park your car in any free place in the Sixt car return area and give the key to the Sixt agent who is in the parking area. Please remember that you do NOT need to get a ticket when you drive into our parking area. If you take a ticket, you will be in the public parking that is situated just next to our parking.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 2100 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1500.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Premium Location surcharge.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Switzerland, United Kingdom, EU.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Learner's permits are not accepted; a full driver's license is required.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
