Pros: Friendly and politely
Pros: Price and gas consumption of the car.
Cons: The USB port didn't work so I was unable to connect my phone and use Android Auto.
Cons: They closed before 23h I ended up losing the car because my flight got delayed and I got there 5 minutes before 23h no one was there or picked up the phone. I ended up renting one with sixt and it was a much better experience overall, from location to service and price.

Cons: The transfer did not come according to schedule. We waited trough 3 scheduled pick ups and no transfer. The car was vacuumed but extremely dirty outside and the wiper blades front and back of the vehicle was not suitable for driving.

Cons: The agents were rude and pushy about the insurance coverage. They also added a charge for fuel to be refunded if car returned with same fuel amount. Typically, this should not be charged unless not returned full. The drop-off was not well signed. There were also car parts in the vehicle that was taking up luggage space, but they said it had to remain with the car, so we had to upgrade the car size ...
Pros: the agents had a good grasp of English; our Spanish was not so good. They were very attentive to our predicament when we had to come back to retrieve an item left in the car.

Cons: Only when I arrived at the agency they told me about the 1500$ deposit(which you only get it back up to 12 days after end of rental), or if I don't want to give deposit I pay 25$ per day for an additional insurance. It should have been communicated before renting. The car broke down, it was bad. The support service was slow to call back, and to send someone to tow it.

Pros: Centauro was a cheaper option. They are not at the terminal, you need to take a shuttle bus. It goes every 15-20 minutes. Once at the office everything went rather quickly. The return was also quick. All in all it was rather good experience.
Cons: It was difficult to find the shuttle bus stop. It would have been easier with the map! The car we booked was a stationary wagon model but we got a compact SUV. They simply have no SW at all (but advertise via rentalcar.com as they do). When returning the car make sure you have extra time, we waiting for the shuttle bus about 20 minutes (the ride to the terminal is about 5). minutes)
Pros: Dropoff was a breeze
Cons: Because of a booking error we had the wrong pickup and dropoff time. We could not change the pickup and dropoff time with the agent, and were instructed to do so on the website. It was a total hassle and we were unable to correct the dropoff time, so we had to hurry home from our trip, almost missing the dropoff time. The fees we were quoted online to extend the rental were ridiculous (hundreds of euros for a few hours extension.)
Cons: There is no flexibility in pick up time. We arrived from airport 2 hours earlier and they would not release car without first paying double the amount. Also wanted to charge more for an automatic shift. Ended having to take a manual transmission. They were trying to nickel dime you.

Cons: They could not solve the issue with the radio system and I had to return the car. They cannot offer one day full insurance. 3 days minimum which would be 60€ and the rent for just 1 day I needed the car was 25€

Cons: It took over 30 minutes with stops to get to the rental office from the airport. The parking garage where the car was kept had such narrow turns that you had to do 10 point turns not to scrape the car getting out. The interior was dirty. There was no windshield washer fluid in the wipers. The 'full' tank of gas was at the full mark, but was not topped off. The back of one of the rear view mirrors was missing.

Pros: I really liked that the car was pretty much brand new: only 700 KM in.
Cons: I usually don’t complain about staffing, however this place was able to exhaust my patience: it took 2 hours from the time I got into the hotel until the time I drove off the place with the rental. The staff was not efficient, not knowledgeable and sometimes rude. Took me almost one hour to be able to talk to the agent. There were not able to provide the car seat as per the reservation; had to wait 1/2 hour for them to provide the proper one. They charge 1000 EUROS OF DEPOSIT.

Pros: Horrible. They were completely indifferent to my paperwork showing the terms I was renting the car under, and just kept saying that Discovercar had the wrong terms and they didn't have to honor them, and charged me more than I agreed to.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee of 5.00 EUR per day, with a maximum of 25.00 EUR per rental applies to drivers above the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet. In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon collecting the vehicle.
It is only possible to pay and leave a deposit using the same card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Electron, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The daily limit on the card used for payment must be high enough to cover the deposit. Otherwise, purchase of the following insurance policy(ies): Super Insurance is mandatory.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, France, Portugal.
Cross-border travel is allowed when pick up has taken place in Spain-Mainland.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Using a ferry is not allowed.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available by previous request and for an extra charge of 18 EUR.
Delivery service is only available from Torrevieja, Benidorm downtown offices.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
