Pros: Overall very good

Cons: The paperwork said fuel was 8/8 but when I filled up it was more than 200km more fuel than the car first showed so it couldn't have been 8. So that cost me probably 20euros.

Pros: The car moved well and the consumption was good.

Cons: I choosed an Opel Corsa and they offered me an MG. The car didn't have connection for applications like Apple carplay or google maps. The insurance which they almost obliged me to pay was very high priced.

Pros: Friendly and fast forward

Cons: No floormates in the car, car was little bit dirty inside from the previous one, outside still flies in the front and little mud around the car. Found many more scratches then provided on the paper work. He added at just 3 issues, so I took pictures. At the end they send the email stated with no new issues. So lets see what comes, usually they wait more then 1 month and come up with they found more dents or something, let will see

Pros: The insurance from discover card gave a peace of mind for the whole journey. The overall service was wonderful. The charging was free of charge for Europcar customers was a great relief.

Cons: Nothing much. The car was a bit old and had few sounds coming from below the car when driving on a rough or internal roads. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee, Premium Location surcharge, Port fee, Vehicle tracking system.
Mileage policy
For rentals lasting 1 to 2 days, mileage is limited to 350 km per day.
For rentals of 3–27 days, mileage is unlimited.
For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 200 km per day.

Details are available at the car rental company's reservation office.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.


In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.

A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge. Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.
Additional information
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Winter tires are not mandatory in Spain.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
