Pros: Rude and unprofessional female named Diana at the front desk. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Cons: No car was provided for my reservation. Offered to provide one if I paid $150 extra dollars.
Cons: The emailed address for pick up changed and. I one told us so it sucked taking the wrong shuttle then needing to take a cab to the correct location…
Cons: The rental desk was tucked in the back, some signage, and directional signage is needed.
Pros: AFTER MAKING THE LINE, THE LADY THAT ATTEND ME WAS NICE AND EFFICIENT
Cons: IT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR TO GET THE CAR, TO MANY PEOPLE

Cons: There is NO direct phone number to reach the rental agent, have to do texting with phone which takes them about 30-40 min to respond. Ended up waiting for 40 min at the airport to take ANOTHER car rental's shuttle to pick up the car. Car listed maintenance needed under drivers info on dash upon pick up. I would just rent with the bigger companies such as Budget, Enterprise, Avis etc, as they have way more shuttles to pick up, and also the pricing is not any cheaper with Nu Car.
