Cons: There is NO direct phone number to reach the rental agent, have to do texting with phone which takes them about 30-40 min to respond. Ended up waiting for 40 min at the airport to take ANOTHER car rental's shuttle to pick up the car. Car listed maintenance needed under drivers info on dash upon pick up. I would just rent with the bigger companies such as Budget, Enterprise, Avis etc, as they have way more shuttles to pick up, and also the pricing is not any cheaper with Nu Car.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage (except for local residents), Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 855.00 - € 2560.00), Winter tires, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Mileage policy
For international renters, mileage is unlimited.
A return airline ticket and passport must be presented in order to qualify for a rate with unlimited mileage.
Mileage is unlimited in Arizona, California, Nevada.

Mileage is limited in other US states.
Mileage is limited to 150 miles per day. Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional mile. Details are available at the car rental company's reservation office.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, required coverage.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
There is a 20 USD fee for each extension of rental period.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
