Pros: The only good thing about fox was the ease at which we returned the car.
Cons: They were terribly deceptive. They forces us to get extra insurance which we actually did not need so we had a large extra cost on arrival. The car we rented was in poor condition, central locking didn’t work, needed a wheel alignment and the overall cleanliness was very average.
Pros: The car was O.K, not great but ok.
Cons: Insistence upon purchasing additional insurance even though I had full cover, took forever to pick up the car really inefficient service. The car ran out of washer fluid before I even left L.A.

Cons: The car was disgusting inside not valeted properly really strong odour from smoking,I had to buy car interior detergent and an air dress her to take smell out the car condition was all scraped an rough looking..I was informed that if the car had to be valeted when left back I would be charged for the valet so I it forced me to hoover the car before I returned it an make my children eat their sweets outside the car. The car tyres were on the marker needing changed exhaust had blow out after 1st

Cons: That we had to pay for extra fees and when we return the car on a full tank they still charged us 72$ usd.
Cons: Drop off in LAS Vegas was so far from the airport and two shuttles needed to get to departures, that wasn’t clear to me how much time to allow

Cons: High pressure sales techniques on arrival to buy extra services. Staff were rude and blatantly lied to us. They told us we would not be able to legally drive the car in California if we did not take the extra liability cover. They told us we should take out the toll service fees to drive to SF even though we knew there are no toll roads between LA & SF! They also deducted a refuelling charge at the end of rental even though we filled the tank immediately prior to dropoff.
Pros: fox never came to pick me up from the LAX airport and i never got my car. it was after 11 pm and their call center was closed and i was stranded with no answers and no ride to get my car.

Pros: Pick the car you like. holiday. We told this to Ricky when we brought the car back and he said he would make a note on the form. Till now no apologies or an excuse, also the deposit is still not back on our credit card. So overall not very happy customers. Wout va Breevoort
Cons: The satnav was not up dated and we had to use our phones to find our way what cost us extra money. We had to call the FOX helpline because the car needed maintenance did took 3,5 ours to get hold off them, so it was a 17.15 when they told us to go a firestone garage. It was to late to go there so we went the next day. They only could do the maintenance later in the day what was not possible with our plans, so we had to make an appointment for the next day what cost us an extra day off our

Pros: The rental car Agent (MINA) was a very helpful person. After I had some problems with my credit card, she allowed me to contact my bank and solve the problem. She also explained to me some other solutions that my help me in this case.
Cons: Everything was as it should be.
Pros: the man at the counter was very helpful despite there being hidden additional costs. I also liked the value of their petrol options.
Cons: The hidden insurance costs not quoted or flagged on the online cost. This brought our total to almost 2x or the original cost. It's unclear as to whether this is FOX or discover car hire but it should be made more explicit either way.

Cons: the agent on the first day making such an issue of my licence, this agent needs re-training so it dose not happen in the future to others.
Pros: Our service agent Alex was very helpful and friendly, we got our rental and everything done pretty efficiently.
Pros: Good speedy service, car broke down and was rescued and offered a replacement car with no fuss.

Cons: The time of the shuttle was longer than other car rental agencies, as I was waiting I saw several other car agencies multiple times before I was picked up.
Cons: They had no car for us despite having a confirmation and confirmed pick up time on our confirmation that was different than theirs....so they gave our car away!!!!!!!!
Pros: The bus driver in both directions was delightful, courteous and helpful. The returning registration lady outside car returns was also very quick and helpful in every way.
Cons: The collection process was MISERABLE: Very long line, very few agents, they were tired and not at all helpful. The cars were random in mileage and needed lots of time to find a low mileage car (less than 40k). Cost of insurance was outrageous

Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
Prepaid tolls are available for 11.49 USD per day.
If the customer declines Prepaid Toll Service, a penalty of 15.00 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.
Please note that the prepaid toll service will cover only roads operated by the PlatePass Tolling Network. In case of driving on Non-PlatePass roads, the renter will be liable for any toll, or related fines, fees, or penalties incurred during the rental period, and the renter will be charged an administrative fee of 15 USD per toll (up to maximum of 90 USD per rental).
All additional services and extras purchased at the counter are subject to concession and state taxes.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline). Renters from the following country(ies): USA must provide the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), proof of liability insurance, proof of insurance that covers the rental vehicle for damage and liability, 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline) in order to collect the car.
Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) can be declined, if the renter can provide his/her own insurance. Renter must provide a proof of own insurance.
In case the customer does not have one of the insurances, mentioned above, the customer will need to purchase insurance at the counter.
If opting to self-insure, the renter must have a full coverage policy that includes the deductible, physical damage, and liability.
If choosing to self-insure, the renter must provide an insurance ID card with exact coverage shown and the same name and address as on the driver license.
The renter must provide proof of the following insurance policy(ies): Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), valid in the following country(ies): USA for the duration of the rental.
The deposit amount for international renters is 150 USD.
For local customers, the Security Deposit amount ranges from 500 USD to 1000 USD.
A local renter is defined as a renter who lives within 150 miles of the pickup location and who is not flying into town with a return ticket.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
International one-way rentals are not available.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following States: USA - Arizona, USA - California, USA - Colorado, USA - Idaho, USA - Kansas, USA - Nebraska, USA - Nevada, USA - New Mexico, USA - Oklahoma, USA - Oregon, USA - South Dakota, USA - Texas, USA - Utah, USA - Washington, USA - Wyoming.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following country: Mexico.
In order to travel to the following country(ies):Mexico, customer must purchase the following insurance policy(ies): Cross Border Pack.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
