This is a two-shuttle process from your arrival at LAX to Elita Rent-A-Car facility. From the arrivals area in the lower level take either Shuttle G or Shuttle M (Metro Connector) under the PINK LAX Shuttle Stop sign and advise the driver you need to get off at the Remote Car Rental Depot . LAX makes constant changes so please double check with the driver to be sure they can drop you off at Remote Car Rental Depot. This shuttle operates every 15-20 minutes. To save time please call/text when you are on the shuttle from LAX and inform us so we can have our driver meet you at Remote Car Rental Depot to bring you back to our office.

Pros: I did not like Elita Car Rental at all. They blocked my number and would not continue our conversation when I was trying to resolve the issue. Very shitty car company.
Cons: I was shown photos after the trip of a stain on the seats that we supposedly made. But it was a yellowing coming from within the seat that was nothing that we could have caused. We never spilled anything in the car. I asked for before photos and was not provided any. I got charged $150 for a cleaning fee even though I was shown no proof of the seats beforehand. Also the car we were given was very crammed for being an “intermediate” SUV. And there was no power to the drive. Very disappointed.

Pros: Service was speedy and efficient. Condition of the vehicle was photographed and emailed to us so it was agreed up front. Returns were even more speedy. Well done.
Cons: The car was very clean but stank of weed which got stronger as the day wore on and the car heated up inside. Not pleasant! But with the windows open and the air conditioning on, was tolerable.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1000 miles per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 940.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, Tourism levy, Energy recovery fee, State Tax.
Rate excludes
E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 7.00 USD per day.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Prepaid tolls are available for 13.00 USD per day.
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 25.00 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.
If the customer removes Toll pass / E-toll device from the car, an additional penalty of 250 USD will apply.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.

Driver requirements
