Cons: Nothing. I would rent again from yesaway.

Cons: Do not rent with Yesaway. They charge you for insurance with little notice-- couldn't get the insurance card from my car in time. They tried to charge me for a minor scuff near the tire even though I had to buy their insurance. I ended up getting a ride back to the airport with another van service since they basically disappeared on me. Took forever to pick me up at the airport. Total scam artists. AVOID BY ALL MEANS!!

Cons: unexpectedly loud noise of the engine when on high rpm, there was a maintenance required alert despite the car "saying" around 5000 miles to do it. Strange

Cons: Thought I would be dropped off the same place I got picked up, but instead was dropped at the Terminal Shuttle. Got me where I needed to go eventually but it was just not explained well and I would have left a bit more time if I had known. Only had 10 mins to spare.

Pros: They picked us up from the airport quickly and transported us to their office. The car they gave us was practically brand new. They were friendly and helpful. It was great.

Cons: Seems like a 1 or sometimes 2 man operation. Same person picking up or dropping off at the airport is the desk person doing the paperwork for the rental. So, when pick-up or drop-off is needed, representative is not always available as he is serving customers at the office.

Pros: They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and had the 8 passenger van exactly as we rented.

Cons: Not knowing where to pick us up at the airport car was dirty on the inside and he was late for when we were dropping off the car. You need more staff!!

Pros: Easy shuttle from airport and a big time saver that they drove us back to airport in the car we rented so we could leave our luggage in car and go right there. Also unlimited mileage was great to have!

Pros: They were fast at picking and dropping us off. The process was fast and easy. The car was really good with gas and it was smooth.

Pros: There was nothing to like, and if there was anything to like it was impossible to see it given how much one thing after another was a huge disappointment, i.e., car exterior & interior condition, car cleanliness, customer service, car choices, car rental location, car rental office condition, on and on and on! Really a shocking experience in 30 years of renting cars!

Cons: Can’t mention all. I am limited. So, just two out of probably a dozen or more: (1.)The front fender, both left & right, was damaged! I kept attempting to re attach it in place after every stop I made cause it kept loosening & I was constantly scared it would fall off on the road while driving! (2.) The passenger seat on the right side of the second row kept rocking back & forth when the car was moving! All efforts to have it stay in place within the slides underneath it were fruitless!

Cons: They do NOT have a shuttle service so you have to call to be picked up. They did not pick up the phone the first few times I called. The office is VERY small. I don't think they have many employees.

It is not worth saving a little money to go through that stress. Next time we are using a major company with their own shuttle.

Pros: The service at Yesaway was horrible! We called an hour before going to the location and when we arrived had to wait outside with our luggage for 40 minutes before someone showed up, with no apology. I was constantly disconnected when calling the representative both during pick up and returning the vehicle.

Cons: Despite a representative being present inside the facility for my pickup, ground transportation dropped me off at the wrong entry and it was difficult to contact the agent from outside the gate. Maybe some clearer signage would help?

Cons: Everything. First they didn’t provide a free Uber to their office. The person I spoke with told me to take a taxi. Once we got there the salesman tried to get me to purchase more insurance on the car even though I already purchased full coverage. It took almost an hour to finally get the car. Returning the car was just as complicated as well. Would not recommend

Pros: The service and ease of the entire experience. The agents were helpful and the car was perfect for my trip.

Cons: The confusion with Uber not picking up, difficulty contacting the office had to call a dozen times, and there was a slight language barrier.

Pros: Had an amazing experience with yesaway. The person who helped us check the car out was very pleasant and throughout. He even upgraded us to a bigger car at no extra cost!! The car was very clean and was in really good shape. Yesaway was one of the most affordable options when booking a car by the airport.

Cons: We had a minor discrepancy over the price of the car. The number on our email invoice was one thing and then when we got the car the price was slightly higher. I understand that the exchange rate has a part to play, but the car was roughly $20 ish higher at the counter. It wasn’t enough for us to make a big deal (especially since we got a bigger car), but going forward we would really appreciate full transparency about the pricing.
