Cons: Our rear right tire was deflating. I called to their customer service and asked could we take it to be fixed. She said no, we need to go change the whole car. Story short: We went to differen location and either location they could not change the car. And then in the last location the representative told that you can take it to any Firestone shop to be fixed... This was the first thing I asked but only third employee knew this.

Cons: I'd expect the premium car to have more safety features; also lack of push-button start is not convenient. The car had an "oil change" sign on even though the oil was ok, and nothing was said about it at pickup.

Cons: We had to ring the roadside assistance because there was a low oil reading. The road side assistant was not very helpful and actually hung up on us before we could finish the query. We then rang one of the Enterprise branch's close by and got a lot more help and useful information. She was able to tell us what mileage we needed to be concerned about when an oil change was needed.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium location fee, Vehicle registration fee, Tourism levy, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Surcharges.
Rate excludes
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in English alphabet. Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket.
Cross-border policy
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following States: Canada.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.


All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
