Pros: Got a practically new car. Very nice. Easy drop off after hours but for a fee. Rep was very helpful and efficient.
Cons: The shittle from LAX took almost an hour wait. Way too long. I had pre-registered to avoid a line but still had to wait in line for rep.
Cons: Rude agents. Take-it/leave-it attitude. Unable to answer to basic questions (such as why is the Canadian insurance is not accepted)?
Cons: They were very slow to help customers, and it took me almost an hour to pick up the car. They had me show them my personal liability car insurance, which I was not expecting and have never shown to any other car rental agency. They charged me for the full car rental again, although I had paid you guys $420.85 for the full amount of the rental. I called them three times, and they never returned my calls. I will NEVER rent through them ever again.

Pros: Literally nothing
Cons: Reps seemed untrained, they were always trying to get an extra buck, technology and methods were inefficient and outdated, owner tried to get me to sign an agreement on something that I specifically stated I did not want (extra insurance), no empathy for others... overall, the experience worse than a day at the DMV, and was not worth the cost savings. We will never be back.

Cons: They should have been more clear about their insurance policy. Even if I have bought “full coverage” at the time of booking when I went to pick up the car the agent told me that I need to buy two additional insurances. I spent 20 min arguing with the agent and at the end he agreed that I only had to buy one of them proving that it was not mandatory to begin with. At the end the price was more or less the same with renting using a bigger company that does not force to buy extra insurance.
Pros: greenmotions is horrible. They technically don't even exist. They are a shell company for usave. No one wants to rent from usave because they are such a horrible company they had to create a shell company called greenmotions. When you go to the rental place everything say usave from the building to the employees uniforms. There is only one little sign that says greenmotions. These people are acammers they try every way possible not to rent a car to you and just keep the non refundable deposit.
Cons: Their customer service is rude. They don't want to rent the car to you. They try hard to refuse giving you the car and keeping your deposit. They ask for unreasonable paperwork just because you're a LA local. They ask for electric bills, gas bill, your entire insurance policy (not just insurance card) restrict driving to 100 miles a day. Threaten to charge you 1000 for a single scratch (even smaller than credit card length) . Lied about how much gas was in the car.
Pros: The car rental agents were fantastic. I forget the gentleman’s name who helped me but we connected since were both from NYC. Since this rental was the cheapest I could find online, I thought that we were going to get a jalopy but instead He hooked us up with a brand new minivan! Still had the new car smell.
Cons: The shuttle service was NOT every 15 minutes. It felt like a 30 minute wait but I think it was 45 because the airport shuttle drop off and midway’s shuttle pickup both came 3 times before green motion’s van showed up.
Pros: I did get a brand new car with only 98 miles
Cons: Unprofessional, no customer service, anxiety on their part and mine because they were overwhelmed. Staff seemed new manager only in and out to help.
Pros: It was reasonably cheap, and dropping off was painless.
Cons: I was unable to switch payment methods after I realized Amex would save me $50, we had to wait over an hour to get our car, finding the agency itself was not easy, and the car lacked android auto or apple carplay.

Cons: They people that worked there are TERRIBLE. Combative, jerks, not professional, paaskve aggressive, not willing to tell me their names. A bunch of JERKS! I had a car booked for a 4.00 pm pickup, but when I got there they had ZERO cars.

Cons: Shady, no working phone number with anyone to pick up the phone, forced me to buy insurance I didn’t need, tried to hoodwink me, several ridiculous add-on fees, and I dropped off the car one-quarter of a tank of gas below what i picked it up with and was charged $50 for one quarter’s tank of gas.

Cons: They tried to give us a truck, after I specifically rented a compact car (or something similar). And it took almost 3 hours to finalize the rental, without being charged an additional $90 for the original car I had rented. Also, we cleaned the car upon returning it, but they told us we should have vacuumed it out as well, which is unheard of in my experience renting numerous cars throughout my life.

Cons: They lied about the price. Way too hard to take a shuttle from the airport to get another shuttle. And the rep that charged us kept my husbands ID and credit card and said he didn't left it there. We did not stop anywhere else or we did not get off the car. He never gave it back to him when he charged the card.
Pros: I absolutely hated my experience with Green Motion. I used the card I brought to pay for this rental as recently as this May at Enterprise. I know this card is an acceptable form of payment due to using it many times before at many other major car rental agencies to pay for my vehicle. The employee who “assisted” us also came outside to smoke a cigarette right behind me while I was crying on the front steps waiting for a Lyft to pick us up to bring me to see my sisters.
Cons: The employee who I was supposed to complete my car rental transaction through was an absolute monster. As I sat on the steps waiting for a Lyft to pick us up, crying still because he caused me to lose hours I could have otherwise spent with my sisters, I saw him also not offer any assistance at all to a young mother with a two year old and three massive bags she was trying to wrangle, and he just stood by and watched her go crazy trying to do it all herself. I offered help.

Cons: The representative who attended to us was rude. His name was Steve. They refused to give me his last name so I could report him. Also, although ee paid for insurance through DiscoverCars and the rental company (Steve) would not honor it. We had to pay an additional $239 for insurance coverage. Never again will we use your service! Don't get taken by these two companies! We got ripped off.

Pros: Service was good at pickup. Open and closing was charged to drop off car. Closing and opening time unsatisfactory
Pros: Gentlemen who checked in my car before I left for the airport to return home was a sweet old man.
Cons: The guy who checked out my car to me upon arrival made me extremely uncomfortable. I decided to forego the insurance because I have my own and he would not stop commenting about how anything that came back on the car would be a large charge against me. I guess that is his tactic to upsell insurance but it just caused me so much more anxiety than a normal car rental experience should be. I wish I got his name.

Pros: Nothing. Check-in was confusing and it felt like I was being rushed through the process. When I asked questions (like, “why am I dealing with U-Save when I reserved through Green Motion,” he actually sighed and said, “Because we’re the same.” I am a 50 year-old guy who travels for business most of the year (when it’s not covid). One of worst and shadiest customer relations experiences ever. Having the sales guy take my phone and give a 5 star rating before I could stop him was unacceptable.

Cons: It was difficult to watch how inefficient every step of this process was. I feel bad for the employees and for the patrons.
Pros: The man who eventually helped me after the first representative stormed off was helpful and kind. The car was in good condition.
Cons: The customer rep on site was hostile and tried to pressure me into buying insurance through them that I did not need. The car was provided almost an hour after the time of my booking. Then the company charged my credit card for the full amount of the rental which I had already prepaid, and I've had to have multiple phone calls with them to reverse the charge.

Cons: GoGreen needs to consider taking debit cards, or perhaps want to set a red alert in LARGE font at the time of booking that ONLY CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED, and also explain WHICH cards w/the visa/discover/MasterCard logos you don’t accept. I stood next to a foreign couple, and another foreign lady, that I felt so badly for, because they were having issues with the type of “credit cards” that was acceptable. Their agent lacked compassion & empathy, was dry and kind of rude.

A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of USA - California.
A return airline ticket and passport must be presented in order to qualify for a rate with unlimited mileage.
For renters from the following country(ies): USA - California, mileage is Limited.
Mileage is limited to 250 miles per day, with a maximum of 2000 miles per month.
For each additional mile an additional charge of 0.89 USD per mile will apply.
To access unlimited mileage, the customer can purchase an Additional Mileage option for an extra fee. The amount of this fee depends on the vehicle group. Mileage limitations will apply if the car is to be used for crossing country borders.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name.
Renters from the following country(ies): Canada, USA must provide the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher, insurance declaration page, proof of liability insurance, proof of insurance that covers the rental vehicle for damage and liability in order to collect the car.
The deposit amount on the credit card is 300 USD.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
International one-way rentals are not available.
Travel to the following territory(ies): Southern California, Las Vegas is allowed.
From South California, Los Angeles, Nevada, only travel to Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Ventura is allowed.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.
Adding additional drivers is allowed.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Additional drivers are allowed free of charge. Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
