Pros: Efficient and helpful desk service. Great car and easy drop off.

Cons: The car itself had a ‘maintenance required’ notification flash up on the dashboard, which was initially a bit unnerving as no one told me of this. I assumed it was of no importance as the car had only done 9700 miles, but a little unsettling initially. Car drove perfectly well throughout, as expected.

Cons: The customer service representative was very dismissive and would not answer our questions about a potential new car hire or amending our reservation. He could see that we were stuck late at night with two toddlers and did not offer any compassion or sympathy, or any ideas of what we could do.

Pros: Good price, car in excellent shape.

Cons: We had to take great care to avoid additional charges. Heavy late fee for returning the car more than 29 minutes late and a heavy fee for returning the car with anything less than an absolutely full tank. We avoided both but, it meant spending an extra hour at the airport.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Frequent Flyer Program Surcharge or Excise Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP). Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket. Renters from the following country(ies): Mexico must provide the following documents: visitors visa in order to collect the car.
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional drivers must meet the same age requirements as the main driver (see the Driver Requirements section) and must bring the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, return flight ticket.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 15-24 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
