Cons: Rental agents weren't really fast, the pickup waiting line took a while, also the agents said there was no Android Auto/Apple Carplay, but apparently that was included in the car.

Pros: Shoddy at best

Cons: The staff continously attempted to make us pay for plans we didn't need then patronised us as if we were children as to why we would need a fuel plan or a toll bridge plan. charged us 250$ security deposit without warning then charged an extra 50$ but with 0 reasoning and no communication when asked why. Would never use this company again.

Pros: The rental guy tried to make me spend the double by adding stuff but I realised his scam and removed it all before paying. Some confusion about car insurance - I ended up paying $150 on bodily harm in the event of accident - they claimed it was not included in the insurance I paid directly to discover cars.

Cons: The guy tried to troll me into spending the double of what I already paid. I was tired from not sleeping 24 hours and almost walked into the trap. But I didn’t in the end because I saw the $800 dollars he’d added.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
It is possible to purchase prepaid tolls.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Mileage policy
Mileage limitations will apply if the car is to be used for Domestic one way.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP). Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket.
Renters from the following country(ies): Mexico must provide the following documents: visitors visa in order to collect the car.
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional drivers must meet the same age requirements as the main driver (see the Driver Requirements section) and must bring the following documents: passport, credit card, valid driver license, return flight ticket.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
