Pros: The car was somewhat clean, there were splatters of something sticky on the plastic surfaces inside
Cons: Upon return, we were told that we would be charged $100-$200 because there was a small amount of sand inside. When we were surprised at this, the person that received the car told us that we had been told verbally upon rental that no sand was allowed in the car. This was not true, we had not been told this, it was only buried in the agreement that we were shown once on an iPad. We were also told that we could not take the car to clean it ourselves after return. The next day, we were charged $300
Pros: The car was nicer than expected
Cons: It was tricky to find the rental desk. There was no place to wait other than outside and the line was long and slow. When we returned the car it initially wasn’t recorded and we kept getting messages that we needed to return it and were being charged 10x the original rental price per day. It took a lot of phone calls and hassle to get the issue fixed.
Cons: When I returned the car, the lot was full of garbage.
Pros: Cost and availability
Cons: Lack of transportation from the rental place to LAX and even though I received info by text on how to get to the rental place. There was no one available when I returned the vehicle nor no text messages on info what to do for my return
