Pros: Car leaked so the boot and floor of the back seat were wet. Got our fabric bags wet and stained.

Cons: I will ensure I proactively dissuade family, friends and colleagues from using JUCY and Discover Cars. Both proved unreliable, unrepentant, dishonest brokers charging me for a service they failed to provide and blaming me for their failure. A master class in rock bottom customer service and business ethics.
Pros: Staff friendly
Cons: When phoned from airport at 11:00am automated voice said it was out of business hours, really. When I eventually got through I was told there was no shuttle driver so get a taxi, they did refund the cost.

Cons: The car wasn't cleaned properly before giving it to us. Also the damage report wasn't done before we took the car. You need to check the car over before signing the agreement.

Cons: the car was very old although it ran ok. it was terribly beat up, the seats were horribly stained and dirty, waited in the office for one hour to collect my car because "we are preparing your car". I won't be renting from Jucy again.

Cons: The overall customer service was very poor. No shuttle to jucy, I had to pay a 50 dollar Uber fee to their reception 4 minutes away. Then again from jucy to airport as was not told they stop shuttle service 1/2 an hour prior to their closing time.

Pros: Customer service was excellent. We were very happy with our car. It wasn't a new car but was very comfortable, economical and nice to drive. We will be very happy to use Jucy again if we need a hire car
Pros: Very simple process and honest people who were very polite and keen to help, unlike the bigger established rental companies!
Cons: The car was a bit dirty but through age more than anything which is what you are buying with Jucy’s brand and type of vehicle.

Cons: No service provided. The office closed before 4:40 pm, and they don't provide extended hour service at all. I wasn't able to pick up the car.

Cons: The outrageous service charges for so-called "infringements" made after the car hire period. Also the very high charge for an old car which had done over 200,000 km. These in turn impacted the value for money aspect .

Cons: I paid for the top insurance but still needed a $3000 bond that takes a week to be sent back, they gave me a condition report of car when I picked up and asked me to sign, I said no I will look at the vehicle first, there were over 20 damages that were not listed. The top insurance doesn’t cover roof damage for example if it hailed I wasn’t covered. I have never had a car rental agreement so ridiculous in my life and if I hadn’t have checked the car over before taking it and ammended condition

Pros: Excellent first staff member when picking up car, unfortunately the agent that dealt with us when dropping off, did not even bother to give eye contact. Chris the mini bus driver was cheerful, helpful, and a credit to the Company.

Pros: When we had flight delays they were accommodating in letting us drop off at a different branch, which meant instead of having to go up the coast when planned (but then didn't have to), we could drop it off in GC and continue with family... this was really appreciated - thank you!!
Pros: The Service was good and the sisters were very pleasant and friendly.
Cons: We paid $3000 for the Rental for 3 weeks but then found out we were paying another $3000/$5000 if we had an accident in it. We missed reading the small print which should actually be larger print and then there would be no big surprises or shocks.
Cons: Incredibly rude and unhelpful. Were not willing to wait just a little bit so I could pick up the car, I had to miss out on a day's worth of car hire as they were not willing to wait 15-20 mins for me to get from the airport. I also had to pay for two taxis to get to/from Jucy. Despite having full insurance, apparently I am still not covered for my loss via discovercars. So I will not be recommending Jucy or Discovercars. The manager seemed rude/bullying to his staff when I got there.

Cons: I choose Discover Cars/Jucy because the one-way car had the lowest price. With that price, I didn't expect a new or near new car. However, the car I got, which was Toyota Corolla, had 416K kilometers on the odometer. I couldn't imagine a car rental company would put a such old car into a customer's hand. It's not safe! I didn't notice this until I already drove far from the rental company. There was no way I could ask for a different car. I felt lucky that the car didn't broke.
Pros: Nothing The shuttle to collect us was an hour and quarter late. Phoned them 3 times . Person in phoned rude unhelpful. The car we were given front bonnet couldn’t shut properly, when starting car the belt would scream.
Cons: We were not told to return car fill .we had trouble finding petrol station so decided to jet juicy fill and pay a premium . Told not allowed once we got back so had to drive round find petrol station. When returning keys they did not even want to check the car with us. Extremely rude guy.

Pros: Initially staff were friendly however could not accommodate us to have the car that we thought we were booking. Instead giving us a car approx 10 years old.
Cons: Upon returning the car, we filled up with fuel as we approached Brisbane the fuel indicator was on full. Virgin Australia unexpectedly brought our flight time an hour early so we were rushed for time (out of our control) and filled up with fuel before we hit the busy streets of Brisbane. When we returned the car they said it wasn't full and then they refused to shuttle us to the airport as per our agreement. We paid $18 for an uber and were excessive charged for fuel and fees totalling $63.
