Pros: Rental car are low mileage and new . Shutter bus pick up n drop off are efficient and driver are helpful .

Cons: Although Cleaniness of car interior are not so satisfactory during collection but the overall condition of car is superb n of good performance.

Cons: Everything was fine, but the only thing for me was having the Simba Car Rental logo on the side of the vehicle. This was the first time I had a rental which exhibited the name of the company. Works have liked it to have no signage. Otherwise awesome.

Pros: Cheap price if book early. Long hours that the location is open for (8pm Sunday). Quick pick up and drop off at the airport. Friendly helpful staff.

Pros: The slowest pick up of a rental I have ever experienced! Guy that served me took so long to take my details that the other service person had booked in 3 other people and I was still waiting to receive my keys. Easy return of car and great shuttle pick up

Cons: How long it took for collection from arrivals terminal to collect the vehicle, and to make sure car seat was already installed in the vehicle prior to collecting.

Cons: Lack of flexibility - asked to extend hireage one week out overnite because of flight cancellation. Not available and no solutions offered (despite the fact we were within the paid hire period, though had indicated we would return early).

Pros: We recently used Simba Car Hire more than once in Australia and at both locations staff were excellent. Since our hotel for the night was close to the drop off point, they even offered to take us there rather than to the airport. It was very much appreciated the flexibility shown.

Pros: The service was incredible, the agents were super friendly and polite. Nothing was an issue for them! Love the positivity. The instructions for pickup were clear however the downside being that Simba does not have a booth like the other big rental car places so takes a bit longer to actually get your vehicle but that wasn’t a problem for us, the prompts to order a shuttle was too easy!

Pros: The price was a lot cheaper than any other company. We had a two week car hire at half the price of any other company. The car was very new and modern. Quick pick up from the airport. Good staff and communication with no issues.

Cons: The car we rented was a seven seater but two if the seats were pull up ones in the back. It was very cramped for my teenage boys to fit. We panicked a bit at the pick up as we only just managed to fit the luggage in and that was because there was six of us. Seven adults and their luggage would never fit. It should be advertised as a 5 seater for adults and two seater for children. The two that had to sit in the back were very squished up and uncomfortable on long journeys.

Cons: Still waiting after 20 days to receive info on expenses incurred and withhold money for a scratch in hubcup that was not part of an accident of any type. I had to fill a form for this naming an accident that never happened. Supposingly this normal wear and tear issue will cost me some money that I will request from you because I have paid full insurance with you. Still waiting for an answer.

Pros: Excellent service from Simba & team. I was hesitant getting the shuttle from the airport thinking it would be more inconvenient but I was wrong, it was actually easier especially if you have luggage. The shuttle team were extremely helpful loading our luggage, on arrival our driver even loaded our bags into our hire car for us. This was above and beyond my expectations. The car was immaculate.

Cons: No complaints here, I’d definitely hire again.

Pros: The car was brand new, the rental process was efficient and price was reasonable.

Cons: Off airport location so need to allow extra time to get shuttle bus to and from airport to where car is located. Also the way the $500 bond is charged but not refunded promptly after car is returned is a bit rich. I am still waiting for the refund 4 days later. Admittedly, the agreement did say it will take up to 3 weeks to refund the deposit....but why 3 weeks, they took the payment instantly, surely in this day and age the refund can be returned just as quick.
