Cons: the wait time to pickup car was too long. we paid extra to cover any damages but had to go through a currant condition report & photos prior to driving off, fuel was not full in car prior.

Pros: Easy to follow instructions and support

Cons: Car was dirty. They gave me the wrong car. They told me they had no other cars when they had several full size sedans on their lot. I had to waste my time and go back to change the car in the evening for a MID SIZE sedan when I paid for a FULL SIZE sedan. It was a waste of my time an I paid more money for a smaller car. I would like a refund for the amount I am owed for getting a smaller vehicle.

Pros: Good working shuttle, great staff and after hours pick up and drop off.

Cons: Their cars are ancient. At least 10-15 years old.

Pros: they will try to scam. you as much as possible, if you dont want them to steal money dont use them

Despite having already paid for full insurance coverage through the booking platform, Big Boy Rentals refused to recognise the insurance policy I had paid for, insisting that I either purchase their insurance or face a $5,000 excess. Cons: Car was definitely not cleaned before collection. Interior floor dirty and supermarket receipts in the console. Dashboard screens were dirty, and the fuel was not a full tank so was unsure how much to refuel before I returned the car. A bit dodgy.

Pros: I was extremely disappointed with receiving an MG as my car. I specifically called and requested a Hyundai i model and that I did not want an MG and I was assured I’d have that upon collection. That was not the case, it had been hired out prior to my arrival. I was not happy about this and i later called the company requesting for a swap or even an upgrade, i was told the manager would call me back but i did not receive a call from anyone. I continued to drive the horrible MG for 8 more days.

Pros: 24/7 service really had be intrigued in a good way, knowing i could get an early hour flight and still be able to hire or get a car.

Cons: Lack of communication between the customer service rep and the front desk people. Saying the car was ok even though the low pressure alert kept showing.
