Once you have your luggage and have exited the airport terminal, call +61732684222 for collection by an ANDREW'S AIRPORT PARKING bus. Domestic Terminal Collection Zone is over Skybridge and down to the right, in Zone B1 and B2. International Terminal Collection Zone is down the stairs to the left in Zone 3. If you live within 100km of Hendra QLD, you will be considered a Local Renter. Local Renter's security deposit is $2000 and vehicle must be collected between 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday - Sunday. Local Renters will not receive a vehicle if they do not meet these conditions.

Pros: I was extremely disappointed with receiving an MG as my car. I specifically called and requested a Hyundai i model and that I did not want an MG and I was assured I’d have that upon collection. That was not the case, it had been hired out prior to my arrival. I was not happy about this and i later called the company requesting for a swap or even an upgrade, i was told the manager would call me back but i did not receive a call from anyone. I continued to drive the horrible MG for 8 more days.

Cons: This is what let down your companies service- care factor about my request was zero! Not very good service by half.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2880.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
A local renter must possess a full (G) driver's licence.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be charged on the renter's credit card through the end of the rental period.

The deposit amount for local renters is 2000 AUD.
A local renter is defined as a renter who lives within 100 km of the pickup location and who is not flying into town with a return ticket.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
