Cons: We booked the car for 11am pick-up and drove out at 12.30pm.
Pros: They were at the airport & friendly and efficient
Cons: Because I booked with a third party “Discover” they said they couldn’t see that I had paid for full car cover insurance. I had to show them on my phone via the email invoice

Cons: Had to wait 45 minutes to pickup our car. Inside was clean but outside wasn't.
Cons: Pickup from airport was horrendous. No manned desk had to trek some distance to pickup car long walk for my mother who had heart problems and breathing problems was not ideal and spoilt the remainder of our family holiday she fell quite ill as a result of the long distance walk. Arrived to a pop up office printer outside on pavement paperwork had to be done manually in the cold would not recommend.

Pros: When we got to the desk at the intl terminal there was a sign that the desk was closed and to collect the car from domestic terminal. Not easy when you arrive at night with 5 people and lots of luggage. Also is why we chose to go with europcar as it was supposed to be easy airport pick up.It took ages for someone to finally turn up.
Cons: You quote a price from brisbane intl Airport and Europecar added on 28% of the hire value as a storage charge for collecting at the airport. This was not explained at all so had to pay an additional $160 AUD. This is disgraceful and misleading. Also see above

Cons: Absolutely no explanation of some of the workings of the car, just handed me the keys and told me where to find it. Lucky my own car has keyless ignition or I wouldn not have known how to start it even.
Pros: The car itself was perfect, spotless clean and in excellent condition. Drop off was very easy as well.
Cons: The car rental desk is in domestic terminal which is a treck to/from the international terminal, that can't be helped but it should be more explicit in the information as its advertised as "right in the terminal" which only applies to domestic. Time spent to get the car was far too long, only 1 rep working and they were very methodical but very slow.
Pros: Zoals gezegd, men bleef tot na sluitingstijd wachten ivm vertraging van mijn vliegtuig. Een gratis upgraden van de auto. Auto inleveren ging heel soepel.
Cons: Ik was niet op de hoogte dat de auto in Sydney op een andere locatie moest worden ingeleverd. Dat heeft wel een eind rijden en belletjes gekost voordat ik t gevonden had
Pros: Overall efficient.
Cons: The internal component of the care was not clean, there was a 3/4 empty bottle of water that rolled out from under the passenger seat as I accelerated out of the complex. The woman at the counter serving me on arrival had to be directed to serve me verses dealing with an email/online correspondance. I was the only customer in the business at the time and waited over 5 minutes to be addressed.

Cons: - Arrived at the International Terminal late at night. Desk had a note to catch the transfer bus to the Domestic Terminal Carpark to pickup the car. With luggage and little kids in tow this was definitely an inconvenience. - Was told tolls would be charged to our card at the end of our car hire, however the tolls were charged at random times during our car hire and also we were not notified that $3.30 would be charged on top of the toll total, each day we went through a toll. - Car alignment
Cons: Bad i feel like racism from euro car staff i think im asian and she thought we can not speaking english and even didn't say hello to us and very rude and aggressive and car is not clean also engine warning sign after 1hour drive from euro car office
