Cons: Absolutely no explanation of some of the workings of the car, just handed me the keys and told me where to find it. Lucky my own car has keyless ignition or I wouldn not have known how to start it even.
Pros: The car itself was perfect, spotless clean and in excellent condition. Drop off was very easy as well.
Cons: The car rental desk is in domestic terminal which is a treck to/from the international terminal, that can't be helped but it should be more explicit in the information as its advertised as "right in the terminal" which only applies to domestic. Time spent to get the car was far too long, only 1 rep working and they were very methodical but very slow.
Pros: Zoals gezegd, men bleef tot na sluitingstijd wachten ivm vertraging van mijn vliegtuig. Een gratis upgraden van de auto. Auto inleveren ging heel soepel.
Cons: Ik was niet op de hoogte dat de auto in Sydney op een andere locatie moest worden ingeleverd. Dat heeft wel een eind rijden en belletjes gekost voordat ik t gevonden had
Pros: Overall efficient.
Cons: The internal component of the care was not clean, there was a 3/4 empty bottle of water that rolled out from under the passenger seat as I accelerated out of the complex. The woman at the counter serving me on arrival had to be directed to serve me verses dealing with an email/online correspondance. I was the only customer in the business at the time and waited over 5 minutes to be addressed.

Cons: - Arrived at the International Terminal late at night. Desk had a note to catch the transfer bus to the Domestic Terminal Carpark to pickup the car. With luggage and little kids in tow this was definitely an inconvenience. - Was told tolls would be charged to our card at the end of our car hire, however the tolls were charged at random times during our car hire and also we were not notified that $3.30 would be charged on top of the toll total, each day we went through a toll. - Car alignment
Cons: Bad i feel like racism from euro car staff i think im asian and she thought we can not speaking english and even didn't say hello to us and very rude and aggressive and car is not clean also engine warning sign after 1hour drive from euro car office

E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 3.30 AUD per day.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
For certain car groups, minimal rental age is 25 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners.
Cash is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company. Travel to the following territory(ies): Kangaroo Island, Stradbroke Island, Magnetic Island, Bribie Island, Phillip Island, Bruny Island is allowed.

There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
The contract will be extended with prices updated according to the prices for each period.
