Pros: Very friendly and efficient staff at the rental desk and at the car return park
Pros: Pick up not good ...made us queue twice , as we didn't see the ticket machine as its moved at Malaga to the Key and go queue. We were not the only ones who didn't see it ! Women made us go back and re do everything ! We left home at 2.30 in morning from isle of wight , ferry , taxi to airport , fly to Malaga so had been travelling for 17 hours so very tired so did not appreciate having to wait queue for half an hour twice ! Women also tried to tell us that we did not have the proper insurance .
Cons: Drop off of car in Car park office was EXCELLENT , fuel gauge had broken , all sorted VERY efficency and Certius, good English , nice man . WELL DONE ,

Pros: On 13/11 2021 I rented a car (1828LPN) from Discovercars via Interrent via Goldcar at Malaga Airport. It was delivered back yesterday, 27/10 2021 at the airport in Malaga WITH A FULL TANK WITHOUT DAMAGES! Then I get a noreply email from interrent about lack of petrol filling and damage on the left side behind. I filled the full tank 26/10 (60.84 €) but on the way to the airport I saw that the fuel gauge was not fully up. Therefore stopped just before airport 27/10 and refilled 3.3 liters (5.28
Cons: However, the fuel gauge did not change. But the tank was completely full! It is also alleged that there was a new injury (in addition to the two that were there when I got the car). However, the attached video that I took after parking at the airport shows NO DAMAGE! This is a fraud attempt and should be reported to the police. I strongly protest against such treatment! Attaches photo and film confirming my claims. Requests that the case be investigated and that I be credited with all unjust

Cons: Rude, implying that by not taking out their extortionate extra insurance we were somehow at fault and deserved to be treated with contempt. Their immediate acquisition of too much money to address a minor scratch, without communicating with us. The overall poor state of the car (no cold air blower, intermittently working satnav)

Cons: Interrent were deceitful. 1. When picking up the car, It was in a dark area of the multistorey car park where it was difficult to examine the car. 2. When we returned the car, the examiner went around the car. He took one picture of the front of the car. He came over to me and asked for a signature. I asked if everything is OK and he said it was perfect. I signed. I then received a bill for 95€ for a dent and there was a picture attached to the email along with the one took while I was there!!!

Pros: Because you idiots cancelled and not refunded my booking when i was late. There were no emphasized mentions about the importance of getting the car on time! I already PAID over half of it and you cancelled! Now you ask how satisfied i was with the service.

Pros: Absolute scam. It’s Goldcar is disguise. They rinse at every opportunity, insurance that exceeds the costs of complete hire places at the conpanies, take money off you for petrol even though you leave the tank full. My advice is stick with a reputable company like Eurocar or Hertz. If it looks to good to be true it probably is.

Pros: Nothing. Abosolutley nothing. You need to drop these as a company you offer.
Cons: I waited for 1hour and still did not have a car. I left and used a different car hire company off airport. Interrent were telling customers they did not have a car for an hour and to come back. They also sent 1 customer to go and find his own car. He had to keep pressing the button to see which car unlocked. Worst experience ever and even worse staff. I will NEVER use this company again.

Cons: they were actually trying very hard to make me purchase an extra insurance that they were offering. I always expect that, but this time they went to the level of telling me lies in order to scare me and make me buy it. The agent said that I would be responsible for the whole value of the car in case of anything happening and did not recognise the collision damage waiver value that was on the contract. This was a complete lie as in Europe it is illegal to NOT have a CDW!
