Pros: Picked the car up from Cyprus airport. Pick up area immediately inside airport arrival exit. Paperwork done to through Sixt car rental. No heavy up selling, we had additional full cover in advance which is always worth having. Would use again

Cons: I payed insurance twice. If I took only DoscoverCars insurance, I would have to pay every damage by myself and later to refund it from DiscoverCars.

Cons: Agent was trying to scare me into buying full insurance even though I have full damage waiver protection. When he presented the car forms to sign he didn’t tell me I had a Nissan note and not the ford focus as advertised. I had to spot his myself. I think the person at the counter was SNEAKY and I didn’t like it and I will be complaining about this.

Cons: Difficult to recognise rental desk. Sign is not clear enough. Took us over an hour to sort car out.

Cons: Car rental agent was very pushy, trying to upsell a much too big car, despite me having prepaid and being a solo traveller. Then she was trying to sell me extra insurance and said the insurance I had already bought from elsewhere was insufficient, when it clearly wasn’t. I ended up with an older and battered VW Golf 🤔

Pros: We where so happy with the car and the service prided

Cons: Arriving at Paphos airport we could find the desk for discover cars. We went to another desk then we had to explain our booking and we where then told discover cars is a booking agent and the desk was at Sixty cars. Once we realised this, everything was smooth from then onwards.

Pros: I liked the fact that the desk was alongside SixT, and three agents were ther, so a speedy collection was possible.

Pros: Very quick service - it wasn’t clear that we needed to visit the Sixt desk in airport or it would have been 10 stars. Car looked ok but had a lot of scratches. The €1000 deposit seems extreme. No issues with picking up or returning car.

Cons: Did not know that it was Sixt that we needed to go to at the airport, was looking for discovery cars. Just asked another rental company who told me. Also on return did not know you needed to get a car park ticket, and then scan it to get through the barrier to return the car to sixt.

Cons: The quality of the car was poor. It was an old car with 27k miles on the clock. No Bluetooth. No satellite navigation or any mod cons, such as reverse camera, cruise control, parking sensors.

Pros: Once found Get your car was using Sixt agency, collecting car and being on our way was good.

Cons: finding the sign at Sixt desk. Key fob would not fold in, so repaired for them. Engine heat display went up to full heat, when turned off engine and would not function again, so sorted this out as well. did not have ant problems after this.
