Pros: Agent was ready outside arrival with car. We got a nissan xtrail 5+2. Everything was done quick and we're off to our villa

Cons: The cars are not brand new like the well known companies so there are signs of usual wear and tear but our car was in really good condition.

Pros: Friendly representatives at the airport, although a bit odd having to meet in the outside area of the Costa Coffee bar in the dark! Quick collection, no quibble on trying to upsell excess insurance (we had already bought a policy online). All pretty efficient.

Cons: Car was as big/bigger than expected and as we were 4 adults with 4 suitcases, that was welcome. Only had that car with the reps though so would have been difficult if car wasn't what we ordered. Car was reliable although was a bit noisy and old and had done 165K+ miles, trim missing inside some door panels. It did what we needed though and was easy to drive. Overall happy with car, had lots of space and coped well with heat and terrain in Cyprus.

Pros: Car was great - but more importantly the people running the company were wonderful. Our flight home was delayed by 8 hours, they looked after our luggage, gave us a lift into Paphos and then collected us to take us to the airport. Fabulous service and so kind.

Pros: The man that provided the car was extremely friendly.

Cons: Nobody was there to greet us so had to ask another company if they knew where they were based. Did not have the correct car for the first 2 days. The baby seat was really dirty which we had to clean when we got to our villa. The gearbox was struggling to find gear frequently. The full beam headlights didn't always work
